Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
It is the object of the invention, in addition to retaining the benefits of the peristaltic pump to extend the life of the tubes and to ensure reliable delivery.
Wesen der ErfindungEssence of the invention
It is the object of the invention to provide a peristaltic pump for pumping liquids which has a periodically moving element radially deforming a flexible tube and a supporting element associated with the deforming element, which increases the accuracy of the metering and the deformation load of the pipe section participating in the function is reduced.
The task is assigned to the liquid conveying / a single deforming element, wherein the promotion in the desired direction with valves arranged before and after the deforming element is ensured. In this way, the functions of the liquid delivery and the valve action are spatially and temporally separated from each other.
According to the invention -this object is achieved in that in the flow direction before and after the deforming element two in opposite phase actuated valves are arranged, further, that the stroke of the deforming element below the inner diameter of the tube, wherein the one end position of the stroke in a Distance from the support member is smaller than the outer diameter of the tube, while the distance between the other end position and the support element is greater than twice the wall thickness of the tube.

H. subjected to the (maximum) deformation load. The relaxation following the clamping is indicative of the amount of liquid absorbed during the unit time. Thus, the amount of liquid conveyed is decisively influenced by the change in the relaxation rate; in this case, the reduction in speed resulting from the fatigue of the substance represents the change.
The optimum function of the pumps would require a practical elasticity of the raw material of the production tubing which ensures that the tubing, exiting from its refractory, functionally maximally deformed condition, takes up the original cross-section for a second. In the use of the peristaltic pumps, the change with time of the amount of liquid conveyed represents an operational phenomenon, whereby in the majority of cases the ITormal value is reset by exchanging the tube. The change in the liquid transport can clearly be attributed to the material fatigue caused by the regular deformation. As a result of the load exclusively for this purpose made of a particularly elastic base material and with special technology, capable of a largely composite elastic deformation plastic tubes suitable, even with these you have to expect a limited life.
Devices based on the aforesaid operating principle are formed either by a cylindrically symmetric or in-plane roller row or by plate bundles arranged side by side. These solutions have the disadvantages already mentioned.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the valves are formed by the deforming elements interacting with the support element but arranged separately.
Thus, it can be achieved that the peristaltic pump according to the invention reduces the deformation load of the pipe section participating in the puncture, extends the life of the pipe or the pump and thereby increases the accuracy of the dosage. There is the possibility of being able to use different tubes, with tubes of the same dimension, the promotion of the liquid can be changed.
A v / eerer advantage of the pump according to the invention is that the gentle transport of liquids with slightly damaged becoming structure, eg. As blood is allowed. In the pump according to the invention, the tubes are "exposed to the previous maximum utilization only at the point of valve action." The deforming element itself does not compress the tube in its entirety and does not permit a perfect expansion. The limited compression of the tube or the limited stress on deformation and the elimination of the last phase of the long-delayed perfect expansion together with those already mentioned increase the favorable properties of the peristaltic pump.

For the sake of simplicity, the figure shows a peristaltic pump consisting of only one tube · A flexible tube 1 is arranged on a supporting element 2. Opposite the supporting element 2, above the tube 1, a single deforming element 3 is arranged, while before and after the deforming element 3, but not immediately adjacent thereto and likewise opposite the support element 2, a further deforming element in the form of a valve 4 is arranged in each case ·
Of course, instead of the valves 4 formed from the deforming elements, other valves may be used. In the embodiment described here, the valves 4 have an actuating construction, not shown here, which allows an opposite puncture of the valves 4, d. h »when one valve 4 opens, the other closes and vice versa.
1 is printed in the top dead center only slightly, while in the bottom dead center position, as can be seen from the figure, the tube 1 is not completely completed. To be more precise, this condition is such that the stroke of the deforming element 3 is smaller than the inner diameter of the tube 1 and the one end position of the stroke is at a distance from the support element 2 which is smaller than the outer diameter of the tube 1 the other end position is at a greater distance from the support element 2 than twice the pipe wall thickness ·

The mode of action of the peristaltic pump according to the invention is as follows:
Demnach spielt sich der bereits beschriebene Prozeß nochmals ab.If it is assumed that the flow in the figure is from left to right, the right-hand valve 4 is closed in the starting position, while the left-hand valve 4 is open and the deforming element 3 is in its top dead center position is present in the tube 1 to the right-side valve 4 liquid. Accordingly, the valve 4 closes on the left side, the valve 4 opens on the right side, after which the deforming element 3 moves to the bottom dead center position. As a success, the liquid is displaced from the underlying pipe section. Now, the valve 4 on the right side closes, the valve 4 on the left side opens and the deforming element 3 moves to its upper dead center position. When the relaxation of the tube 1 takes place, i. H. if the position of the maximum dimension permitted by the deforming element 3 is taken up, a suction effect is exerted on the liquid and the tube section under the deforming element 3 is repeatedly filled up with liquid. Accordingly, the already described process takes place again.
