Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
It is known that leaks in tube-type systems are eliminated by various repair methods. TeiIerneuerung is when the damaged pipe section is cut out of the pipe and a new piece of pipe is welded in the form of a fitting. This repair process is relatively time consuming and requires extensive safety measures in the presence of explosive gas or gas mixture.

Also known is the welding of hoods to licks of pipelines, wherein in the case of the presence of combustible gases or liquids in the pipeline a high effort for fire and explosion protection is required. It is known that minor cracks and leaks of a pipeline are provisionally closed with a sealing clamp in which a rubber seal is inserted. Another method is characterized in that half shells are placed around the leak, wherein a curable sealant is injected into the respective spaces.
Furthermore, a method is described in which a chord I I iess consisting of 2 hinged pipe shells with seal, is placed around the leak. A method for rapid repair of longitudinally and transversely cracked concrete pipes is characterized in that the leak is tightly sealed by wrapping resin-impregnated pads reinforced by glass silk tape.
An gasführenden Bauteilen bzw. On gas-carrying components or pipelines with low gas pressures (inside) ready-s adhesive methods were successfully applied, in which the leak with aids z. B. stopper made of wood, lead or by pressure-sensitive adhesive film provisionally sealed and then I ießend by putty or laminate was finally closed. A method for repairing small leaks in pipes at prevailing internal pipe pressure is characterized in that an adapted pipe half shell with forced exit opening, z. B. a welded threaded connector, is glued for the escaping gas on the Leckel Ie. After curing of the adhesive, the forced outlet opening can be sealed gas-tight with a threaded bolt.

Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
It is the object of the invention to provide a leak-sealing method, in particular for pipelines, with which it is possible in the event of accidents to enable further operation of the pipeline in the short term,
Das Wesen der ErfindungThe essence of the invention
Die technische Aufgabe, die durch die Erfindung gelöst wirdThe technical problem which is solved by the invention
With the solution according to the invention the closure of holes and cracks with bulges in the area of damage while ensuring the strength properties of the repair site is guaranteed as the undamaged pipe. The method prevents the increase of the damage after the pressure in the pipeline has been restored.
Merkmale der ErfindungFeatures of the invention
The object of the invention is achieved in that according to the invention for sealing the leak a multiple covering this and the shape of the leak adapted hood is centrally glued to the damaged area and fixed by straps. The prefabricated hood consists of two components, the hood mask and the hood dome, which are connected by welding. The hood is made of the same material as the pipeline or has the same strength properties. The hood is glued on with a polyester putty. After setting the adhesive layer by layer wrapping the damage area of the pipe from the undamaged pipe, starting over the entire hood to the other side of the undamaged pipe by means of polyester-impregnated glass fiber material, the laminate is done.
By sticking the hood, the leak is sealed gas and or liquid-tight and reinforced by the addition Iiehe application of polyester-impregnated glass fiber material of the damage area of the tube so that a further leakage propagation is avoided. Here, the different expansion properties of the pipe material and the laminate are utilized. The laminate has compared to the pipe material in the cured state, a negligibly small expansion factor with increasing and or fluctuating pressure load in the permissible operating pressure range, so that opening of the damaged area is prevented in pressure application and no spreading of the crack or hole occurs.
The sticking of the hood and its Eiη lamination takes place in the almost pressureless state of the pipeline and is not hindered by leakage of combustible and explosive Ga ^ e and vapors or their presence in the vicinity of the damage area.
The invention will be explained in more detail below e eem embodiment and the accompanying drawings. In the example, a leak in the form of a longitudinal crack with a bulge on a gas-carrying pipeline is assumed (FIG. 1). This is a 426x8 mm pipe, where the leak 1 is represented by a longitudinal crack of approx. 400 mm length with arched cracks. For repair purposes, a prefabricated adhesive dome (FIG. 2) is used. This adhesive cap 2 is made of RohrhaIbschaIenmateria I the dimension 436x4 mm with a length of about 1000 mm. A recess cut from the center of the pipe shell material forms the hood base with adhesive surface 3 (hood mask). A sufficiently overlapping pipe flange segment with face plates as hood top 4 (hood dome) is placed over this recess and welded to the hood mask 3. The manufactured adhesive cap 2 is dimensioned so that it is after placing on the pipe in a position to receive the Leckel Ie 1 as a longitudinal crack with bulge in the Haube'ndom 4.
In preparation for the bonding process of the adhesive cap 2 to the leak 1, the surface of the tube and the adhesive surface of the Aufk I ebehaube 2 is degreased and roughened. Subsequently, the surface of the tube and the adhesive surface of the adhesive 2 is coated with a previously prepared polyester putty 6 and then immediately placed for sealing on the leak 1 and fixed with 2 straps or clamps on the pipe. During the curing process of the polyester putty 6, the entire repair area (hood and adjoining pipe surface) is stabilized by layering laminate 7 consisting of hardener and accelerator-added polyester resin and glass fiber reinforcing material (Figure 3).
