Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Baustoffindustrie. Ziel der Erfindung ist eine Intensivierung des Brennprozesses und der Erhöhung der Klinkerqualität im unteren Teil der Schicht. Die Zielstellung wird dadurch erreicht, dass in der Mitte der Sinterzon e eine Perforierung des Rohstoffgemischs um 40 bis 60 % der Schichthöhe und an der Grenze der Entsalzung und Kühlzone um 90 bis 95 % der Schichthöhe erfolgt.The invention relates to the building materials industry. The aim of the invention is an intensification of the firing process and the increase of clinker quality in the lower part of the layer.
