Abstract
Fig. 1 zeigt eine vereinfachende Seitenansicht mit Fisch. Fig. 1The invention relates to a method and a device for style sorting of fish. The aim of the invention is to reduce the technical complexity.
Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung:Explanation of the essence of the invention:
.The invention is the'Aedgabe to develop a new method and a new device for style sorting of fish that allows safe results at different fish species and lengths with short measuring times and a small number of measuring points. According to the invention, the task is solved by continuously scanning the longitudinal or "transverse" axis of the fish under pressure on the fish surface, thereby disfiguring a fish-species-specific indentation point corresponding to the firmness of the skin under the skin during the scanning process in the region of the fuselage Afterwards, the depth of the indentation point is measured and the measured values are compared with known nominal values of the different species of fish.At the further development of the invention the scanning takes place intermittently with όin or several measuring points. The scanning also takes place at several points of the fish hull simultaneously or with a time delay, with a subsequent averaging of the results.
For carrying out the method, a scanner, which projects into the transport area of the fish and acts on the fish surface at a constant pressure, and corresponding measuring sensors and a comparison circuit are arranged.

The device "consists of a transport 2, a pressurized sensing element 3, a Meßwertauf participants A, a comparator circuit 5, a setpoint generator 6, an actuator 7 for actuating the sorting elements 8 and a contour scanner 9 ·
Wirkungsweiseseffect-wise
An unillustrated pressure element presses the sensing element 3 into the surface of the fish 1 at a constant pressure. According to the different fish species specific resistance of the fish Fish meat against the contact pressure of the sensing element 3 penetrates this different depths into the fish meat. The transducer 4 is connected directly to the sensing element 3 and converts the deflection of the sensing element 3 into corresponding electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic measuring signals. · These then pass to the comparator circuit 5. In the comparator circuit 5, the measured values obtained are compared with the known fish-species-specific measured values. which were previously stored in the setpoint generator 6. The storage takes place after previous sampling from catching and measuring with the scanning element 3. In the comparator circuit 5, each measured value from the measuring transducer 4 is compared with all desired values from the setpoint generator 6. The comparison is made by threshold value circuits, which are activated upon reaching a predetermined set by the setpoint generator 6 levels and control the actuator 7. Of several activated threshold circuits, the threshold circuit is selected internally, which has the highest level and thus the greatest penetration depth into the fish. This controls the actuator 7 with the corresponding sorting element of the sorting 8.
The contour control for the scanning element 3 is performed by the contour scanner 9 · The contour scanner 9 is connected directly to the setpoint generator 6. When the desired values for the individual species of fish eyes j current contours values are continuously taken into consideration, so that only only the measured indentation depths are used for sorting.
