Description
The invention relates to a liquid detergent that has the character of a multipurpose cleaner and due to its keimindernden or germicidal effect for general use in households, commercial kitchens and other Gemeinschaftsseinrichtuangen, such as baths and saunas, as well as determined in certain areas of the food industry or medicine is.
Detergents having a disinfectant action are increasingly in use, particularly in hospitals and other facilities where the introduction or spread of undesirable microorganisms must be controlled. Increasingly, anti-bacterial detergents are also desired for general household use. The known such disinfectant acting mostly cleaning (list of tested disinfection method of 1.2.1979, published in Hygiene and Medicine 4 [1979] 84-105) contain cleaning substances in addition to a wide variety of bioactive agents. Thus, combinations of quaternary ammonium compounds, so-called quats, aliphatic aldehydes or phenols with surfactants are used as disinfectants (DE-AS 2916304, US-PS 4336151.4336152). Halogenated phenols or alkylphenols are also used as biocidal active substances in detergents. Also known is the biocidal effect of alkyltin compounds or sodium hypochlorite contained in detergent formulations.
Finally, it is also known to use hydrogen peroxide usually in the form of its derivatives, in particular as peracetic acid, as antimicrobial active ingredient in cleaners (DL-PS 96833, DE-AS 2622761), or hydrogen peroxide and / or peracetic acid in aqueous sterilization and depyrogenation solutions in the preparation of pharmaceuticals to use (DE-OS 3134050). However, these aqueous sterilization solutions are not cleaners and are not used successfully for cleaning purposes.
All cleaning disinfectants or disinfectant cleaning agents known hitherto have a number of disadvantages which considerably limit their possibilities of use:
Their use in the food industry is particularly problematic. The treated containers and surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with water.
— Aliphatische Aldehyde, besonders Formaldehyd, wirken stark sensibilisierend und rufen so häufig Allergien hervor, die den Umgang mit diesen Stoffen für einen großen Personenkreis verbieten.- Aliphatic aldehydes, especially formaldehyde, have a strong sensitizing effect and so often cause allergies, which prohibit the handling of these substances for a large group of people.
Therefore, the use of these disinfecting detergents is associated with a considerable environmental impact.
— Hypochlorithaltige Reinigungsmittel können beim Mischen mit anderen Haushaltchemikalien freies Chlor abspalten, das eine unmittelbare Gesundheitsgefährdung für den Anwender darstellt.- Hypochlorite detergents, when blended with other household chemicals, may release free chlorine, which is an immediate health hazard to the user.
— Wasserstoffperoxid oder Perverbindungen enthaltende Reinigungsmittel schließlich verlieren infolge Zersetzung des Wirkstoffes sehr schnell an Wirksamkeit, da bisher keine genügende Stabilisierung dieser Wirkstoffe in tensidhaltigen Reinigern gelingt.- Containing hydrogen peroxide or peroxygenic compounds finally lose due to decomposition of the active substance very quickly to effectiveness, since so far no sufficient stabilization of these active ingredients in surfactant-containing cleaners.
In addition, the known disinfectant detergents usually have only a low cleaning power and fertility, so that, for example, their use is limited as a full-fledged multipurpose detergent in households.
The aim of the present invention is a cleaning agent that has improved cleaning properties and, with sufficient germ-reducing effect over a longer period of time allows safe, broad application.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a liquid cleaning agent which contains a germ-reducing active substance which is harmless to the human organism in suitable combination with surfactants and cleaning-enhancing components and which is readily biodegradable in wastewater.
This object is achieved by a cleaning agent with a nucleating effect based on hydrogen peroxide according to the invention in that it 3 to 35Ma .-% anionic and / or nonionic surfactants, 1.5 to 18Ma .-% organic and / or inorganic cleaning adjuvants, 0.5 to 8% by mass of hydrogen peroxide, 0.02 to 4% by mass of complexing agent and 0 to 2% by mass of perfume and balance to 100% by mass of water.
As anionic surfactants, the cleaning agent contains alkanesulfonates, alkylbenzenesulfonates, in particular their sodium salts, alkyl sulfates, ether sulfates, individually or in a mixture. The nonionic surfactants are preferably alkyl polyglycol ethers and / or alkylphenyl polyglycol ethers.
It is particularly advantageous if sodium alkanesulfonates and alkylphenyl polyglycol ethers in a mass ratio of 5: 1 to 1: 1 are used and the alkanesulfonates consist of di- and polysulfonates of up to 10% by mass.
As cleaning auxiliaries alkali metal salts of phosphoric acid and / or of polyphosphoric acids and urea are preferably used, wherein the mass ratio of phosphates / urea 4: 1 to 1: 2.
Finally, the complexing agents are preferably sodium salts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and / or nitrilotriacetic acid.
Hydrogen peroxide has proven to be a microbistatic component with very good properties, which in addition to its microbistatic effect has the particular advantage of toxic safety, good skin tolerance and easy biodegradability. In the detergent composition according to the invention, the hydrogen peroxide is surprisingly so well stabilized that after a storage period of 1 year more than 90% of its original content is contained in the cleaner.
The detergent according to the invention further has excellent cleaning power and fertility, so that it can be used as a multipurpose cleaner universal in the modern household and with great effectiveness in other areas. While for normal use, the detergent is diluted with water in the ratio of about 1: 300 to 1: 500, it is also possible to use the concentrate undiluted in heavy soiling.
The cleaning agent is particularly suitable for all hard surfaces made of glass, ceramics, enamels, plastics, painted surfaces, wood and metal. However, good results are also achieved, for example, when cleaning textiles and floor coverings.
The preparation of the cleaning agent is carried out in a simple manner by mixing or dissolving the components in water, where appropriate hydrogen peroxide is added as the last component.
Furthermore, the cleaning agent compared to currently used other universal cleaners a much better skin compatibility. Likewise, the toxicity is significantly lower compared to other detergents with germ-reducing effect.
