The invention relates to an emulsion of bituminous substances, flux oils, water and emulsifier, which is mainly used for the execution of Bitumenemulsionsschlämmen and bituminous soil stabilization mixed with rock building materials.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen· LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
'For the maintenance of traffic areas mainly rock mixtures with bituminous binders are used. For the binders used, the pure bitumen may be mixed with rock building materials even in heated liquid form. Furthermore, waste or cold bitumen, in which the viscosity of the bitumen was reduced by means of oil or solvent, processed in the heated or cold state. Furthermore, the use of bitumen emulsion, in which the bitumen is emulsified in water using suitable auxiliaries and emulsifiers, also shows significant advantages in repair work on traffic areas. '
For mixtures of bituminous emulsion with rock building materials bitumen emulsions with stable to highly stable character are used depending on the grain composition of the rock mixtures.

It is known that for the technically useful anionic-type oil-in-water bitumen emulsions for their production, precursors of soyteh with long-chain acid anions and monovalent cations, such as alkali or ammonium ions, are used which give a negative charge to the entire bitumen particles , However, soaps with bivalent and polyvalent cations produce emulsions of the Wanserin oil type that are not technically utilisable in the use of bitumen because they can not be processed with conventional technologies. In the case of the cation-active emulsions, the dispersion-free layer is enveloped by long-chain cation-active substances, which thus gives the bitumen particle a positive charge. Salts of long-chain amines and polyamines in primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary porous wall are mainly used as emulsifiers, the anion used being usually a chloride or acetate salt.
It is also known that si6h alkoxylated alkylphenols with or without etchant ζ alkoxy liert it? long-chain alkenols are suitable for the production of bituminous emulsions with stable to highly stable character.
The mixing of rock minerals of different particle size distribution with stable or highly stable emulsions must not lead to any breakdown of the emulsion. Since the production of cationic-active emulsions having such sufficient stabilities has heretofore been very difficult and expensive, the mixed emulsions for the preparation of mixtures of fine-grained aggregates, as obtained in bitumen emulsion slurries and solids, have predominantly anionic or non-ionic character. The mixture is first given its strength by the Verdiinsten of the emulsion contained in it and optionally added water. Unfavorable weather conditions, such as high humidities and low temperatures, greatly reduce the evaporation of the water contained in the mixture. As a result, ea is especially effective for bituminous emulsion sludges containing a liquid mixture of minerals and bituminous emulsions.

The rock building materials sink downwards in the fresh liquid bitumen slurry within the laid layer and a mixture of emulsion and make-up water settles on the surface. At the beginning of desiccation, a bitumen skin forms on the surface of the laid sludge layer, which makes further evaporation of the water still present in the sludge more difficult.
Ea are therefore used in the production of Bitumenemulsionsschlämmen with anionic or nonionic highly stable bitumen emulsions usually very fine-grained rock building materials, which have a very low rate of descent in the liquid sludge, but provide sludge without optimal transport properties.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is an emulsion for road construction purposes from bituminous substances, water and optionally flux oils with good mixing properties using very fine-grained rock building materials, a sufficient storage stability and good adhesion properties of the rock used, with the shortcomings of the emulsions known in the prior art The emulsifiers and emulsifying auxiliaries used for the production of the bitumen emulsion should be simple in their handling and economically favorable.
Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung.Explanation of the essence of the invention.
'The invention has for its object to develop an emulsion for road construction purposes from bituminous substances, water and optionally Pluxölen using suitable emulsifiers and Emuigierhilfsstoffen with thixotropic properties when mixing with rock building materials. '
According to the invention, the object is achieved by an emulsion of bitumen, oils, resins or mixtures of these substances, the 0.25 to 3.0 Ma. * J8 of a montan wax, 0.5 to 2.5, Ma.-JS an alkoxylated lahgkettigen alkylphenol , optionally with the addition of 0.05 to 1.0Ma .- ^ of an al koalierten long-chain alkanol and 0.05 to 0.5 Ma, -% of a water-soluble aluminum salt.
Diese so gebildeten Emulsionen besitzen die angestrebten positiven Eigenschaften im Gemisch mit treat einöbaustoffen*It has been found that emulsions having high thixotropic properties can be produced by the use of the aluminum salt proposed according to the invention in conjunction with the montan wax which is turbulent in the bitumen. During the emulsification process, the high molecular weight montan acids from the montan wax react with the aluminum ions to form aluminum soaps. Surprisingly, these soaps promote the formation of bituminous emulsions of the oil-ih-water type in the stated proportions. These emulsions thus formed have the desired positive properties in the mixture with treat einöbaustoffen *

' . ...' . A rapid disintegration of the emulsion does not occur during the mixing process, even in the case of very fine-grained rock building materials, given a sufficient content of alkoxylated long-chain alky!
