Da die Federklammer an ihrem einen Ende starr gelagert ist, wird sie beim Einschieben oder Herausnehmen des Handapparates nur innerhalb ihres Federbereiches platzsparend bewegt und liegt dabei trotzdem stets kraftschlüssig am Handapparat an. Eine Einhandbedienüng bei gleichzeitiger Sicherung des Handapparates ist demzufolge möglich. Der Handapparat kann sowohl die sogenannte Knochenform als auch die flache durchgehend breite Form haben, ohne daß die Funktion der Haltevorrichtung eingeschränkt ist. Lediglich in der Seitenkontur ist ein stufenförmiger Übergang vom Hörteil zum Griffteil erforderlich. Gemäß Fig. 1 ist der Fernsprechapparat als Wandgerät ausgeführt und aus einem Grundgerät 1 mit einer Federklammer 5 und einem Handapparat 6 zusammengesetzt. Das Grundgerät 1 weist eine muldenförmige Ausnehmung 2 für das Handapparate-Hörteil 7 und eine muldenförmige Ausnehmung 3 für das Handapparate-Sprechteil 9 auf. In der Ausnehmung 2 für das Hörteil 7 ist ein Umschalter 4 angeordnet, der bei aufgelegtem Handapparat 6 gedrückt ist. Der Übergang vom Hörteil 7 beziehungsweise Sprechteil 9 zum Griffteil 8 des Handapparates 6 verläuft abgerundet stufenförmig. Der vordere Kantenbereich 10 der Federklammer 5 ist leicht angebogen, wodurch der Handapparat bequem in die beziehungsweise aus der Ruhestellung gebracht werden kann. Im Mittenbereich der Federklammer 5 ist dieselbe mit einem Durchbruch 11 und einer aus diesem abgeleiteten Nase 12 versehen. Field of application of the invention

The invention relates to a holding device for the handset of telephone sets, in particular those for mobile use or those which are exposed to acceleration forces. They can be designed as a complete telephone terminal or only as a device for receiving the handset. The holding device is intended to prevent unintentional changes in position of the handset and consist of as few individual parts.

Characteristic of the known technical solutions
