Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
The pneumatic conveyor troughs consist essentially of an upper part and lower part, between which an air-permeable medium, for example, sintered metal plates, filter stones or fabric is clamped. "Arn is most often used for cotton fabric. The maximum operating temperature of Bauinwollgeweben is about "100 0 C. In practical operation often exceed plant-related exceedances of the n; sx" permissible operating temperatures aufj so that the cotton fabric thermally destroyed and thus the conveyor trough is not functional »Ein
Another disadvantage is that s occur in the pneumatic conveyor chute due to the elongation of the cotton cloth bulges, so that coarse components and system-related foreign bodies such. B 0 Mahlkörpersbhrott a mill to separate from the fine bulk material and move at the edge of the conveyor trough, where it comes to enormous wear on the fabric. »The result is that at the edge of the fabric chafing in the longitudinal direction of the fabric form · elongated holes, the lead to failure of the pneumatic conveyor trough. Due to the relatively short service life of the pneumatic conveyor troughs for abrasive bulk goods frequent replacement of cotton fabric is necessary, which is associated with high assembly costs, since the longitudinal and transverse tensioning of the cotton fabric complicated and expensive and the risk of wrinkling is large, which in turn increased Wear leads.
Particular difficulties arise when introducing the holes in the cotton fabric. Such mounting technologies as burning in or puncturing the holes result in damage to the cotton fabric and significantly reduce the utility properties. From DE AS 1 919 816 it is known to use synthetic support fabrics made of polyamide for filter cloths. The use of shrinkable material, however, only has the task of maintaining dimensional stability of the filter fabric in the tensioned state by appropriate connections during or after treatment ,

Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
It is an object of the invention in pneumatic trough conveyors and use of filter cloths to increase the wear resistance of the surface of the filter cloths and at the same time largely prevent deformation of the filter cloths under thermal stress.
According to the invention this is achieved in that pneumatic grooves of porous cloths in an air duct and a bulk material moving upper space are articulated *. The fabric web, for example filter cloths, consists of a fabric which shrinks completely or partially under thermal stress.
The fabric web is also equipped with one or more high polymers whose softening point is preferably S 120 0 C. These tissues combine in this state with solid particles preferably with Fördergut particles. As a result, the wear resistance of the surface is substantially increased.
Als Verbindung zwischen den Trogunter- und Oberteilen sind Sehnellochlußbolzen angeordneteIn the trough lower part or upper part, partitions are arranged wholly or partly in the longitudinal direction. As a connection between the Trogunter- and upper parts Sehnellochlußbolzen are arranged

Ausführungsbeispiel der ErfindungEmbodiment of the invention
The pneumatic trough conveyor consists of a trough upper part 1 and a trough bottom part 2. Between the trough top part 1 and the trough bottom part 2 there is a tissue web 3 · trough upper part and lower trough part v / ground with a certain number of quick-action bolt 4 interconnected * of the cylindrical part of the S c hnellschlußbolzens is slotted and chastised in the end. The bolt is tightened by means of a flat wedge, whereby the wedge keeps a part of the tinseal evenly. Thus, the clamping effect of the fabric web 3 is improved at relatively thin slotted plates.
In this case, the hole in the fabric web can be introduced with the warmed quick-release bolt or with a warmed spike at your option. A longitudinal and transverse tensioning of the fabric web in the inserted state is not required »When the temperature is applied, either by the warm conveyed material or hot air or» steam, the fabric shrinks automatically in the trough. This eliminates the costly longitudinal and transverse strapping by means of devices and the tissue becomes taut and wrinkle-free *
By this measure, it is unnecessary to support and hold down the tissue.
Due to the taut and wrinkle-free position of the fabric web, the flow behavior of the material to be conveyed improves and there is an increase in throughput. Also, the wear is reduced.
As an additional wear-reducing measure for very abrasive bulk goods arranging the supported longitudinal tubes and guide walls and the laying of expanded metal, wire mesh, perforated plate, sliding plate and the like. On the fabric web is possible.
So b.leibt z. B. bei Beschädigung einesTo increase the punctuality of the pneumatic trough conveyor or to increase the service life of the fabric web, the trough lower part can be divided into individual bulkheads. So b. Z. B. in case of damage
Strip of the fabric web of the pneumatic trough conveyor s functional because only one part of the sheet fails and the other parts of the sheet remain functional. Depending on the requirement, the fabric can also be made in the installed state by applying hot air through a treatment with hot media, such as B, hot air or steam, which precedes the production process. Furthermore, the fabric can also be heat treated prior to installation, if the use for cold bulk goods z. B. should take place in silos or sand plants. The trough shell 1 according to Pig »1 of the pneumatic trough conveyor is divided by one or more guide walls 5, 7 longitudinal tubes and the trough lower part 2 according to Figure 2 by guide walls 6 in a plurality of bulkheads. In Fig. 3 in the trough upper part 1 and in the trough lower part 2 of the pneumatic trough conveyor in the longitudinal direction or more guide walls ^ housed.
As a result, the bulk material is transported evenly distributed in the pneumatic tray conveyor, which has a homogenization of the wear result and in case of failure of a S c hottes by other wear on the relevant fabric web other Schotten remain functional. Other uses are z. B. the installation of trough bottom parts as loosening unit in silo systems.
