Verbesserte Wasch- und ReinigungsmittelkombinationImproved detergent and cleaner combination
Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung Anwendungsgebi et the invention
The invention relates to improved detergents and cleaners which are obtained by combination of surface-active compounds.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen Lösungen Characteristics of the known technical solutions
B. in Wasch- bzw. Geschirrspülmaschinen von großer Bedeutung.Generally, it is known that by combination of surface-active compounds, such as anionic or non-ionic compounds, vaporizing and cleaning agents having different performance characteristics are obtained. Depending on the field of application, detergents and cleaners with certain performance properties are developed. So the problem of foam control of detergents and cleaners for the application of detergent and cleaning agent combinations z. B. in washing machines or dishwashers of great importance.
AS 1692016, DE-AS 1692017)Thus, combinations of nonionic and / or iono -genen compounds are known, which in addition to a good Waschbzw. If sufficient wetting power is sufficient, the cleaning ability is insufficient. Detergents of low-foaming v / ash raw materials of the class of the polyethylene glycol ether derivatives of fatty alcohols, fatty acids and alkylphenols and water-soluble polyethylene oxide adducts on polypropylene glycols and other polypropylene glycols are known (DE-AS 1692016, DE-AS 1692017).
Uichtionogene Tenside, besonders die Fettalkohol- und Uichtionogenic surfactants, especially the fatty alcohol and

Alkylphenoloxethylates have long been proven in use in detergents and cleaners. The known mixtures of nonionic surfactants are based on combining the good properties of individual surface-active adducts with one another and further improving them in certain properties (DE-AS H67637, DE-AS H67638). Due to the good biodegradation ethoxylated primary and secondary alcohols are preferably used in detergents and cleaners. These nonionics are wetting agents that remove extremely greasy soiling. The tendency of the compounds to foaming is unfavorable when used as detergents and cleaners in dishwashers and washing machines. In DE-AS I6I7065 detergents are described which. are characterized by a content of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide and / or ethylene oxide-propylene oxide adducts of higher fatty alcohols.
For the production of low-foaming dishwashing detergents and cleaners, inter alia ethoxylates of low ethylene oxide or propylene oxide adducts (DE-OS 1807779) are used for foam damping and for achieving a stain-free, glossy dishware. Furthermore, DE-OS 2825218 discloses detergents which contain surfactants in the form of alcohols alkoxylated with ethylene oxide and / or propylene oxide. The products have the function of surfactants or they set the pour point of the detergent down. Strongly alkaline dishwashing detergents and cleaning agents, preferably bottles detergents are characterized by a content of foam-suppressing addition compounds of ethylene oxide and / or propylene oxide, which in a 1% aqueous solution has a cloud point of 10 to 60 0 G ascending
weisen. In this case, adducts of ethylene oxide to hydrophobic components and addition products of propylene oxide to hydrophilic components are used (1261618). As literature and practice show, propylene oxide adducts of alcohols are not basically miscible with water and they have only a slight cleaning action. In combination with other surface-active products, they have proven to be effective as foam-inhibiting or pour point-lowering agents, preferably in dishwashing detergents.
The known detergent and cleaning agent combinations based on propylene oxide adducts and higher fatty alcohols generally have a sufficient wetting power, low foaming power and good washing or cleaning properties in a synergistic effect, however, the washing and cleaning action is the washing out of oily soils, such as oily Pigmentverschffiutzungen, tissues are still insufficient when these combinations are used.
The object of the invention is to improve detergents and cleaners in such a way that, compared with the known detergents and cleaners, they generally remove oily soils, preferably oil-containing pigment compounds or pigment soils, to a great extent or completely from the fabric and at the same time increase them Wetting power and have a low tendency to foam in the aqueous phase.
Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung Explanation of the essence of the invention

The washing and cleaning agent combination of components A and B according to the invention is superior in its washing activity to the known ionic or nonionic surfactants. This is surprising, since the compounds of component A in water are difficult to insoluble and have only a certain cleaning effect. The combination according to the invention is particularly advantageous for the removal of fabric contamination or soiling of other substrates or substrates caused by oils and / or pigments. Due to the improved wetting power and the high detergency of the detergent combination according to the invention, a high washing effect can be achieved by selective choice of components A and B, wherein the contaminants are removed in a short time to completion. The foaming behavior of the components B can also be regulated by appropriate dosage of A and adapted to the requirements. The reduction of foaming, especially at elevated temperature, is of great economic importance, since a number of Wajschmitteln due to their high foaming power in the entire temperature range up to 100 0 C industrial or in household machines can not be used.

In many cases, in the compositions of the invention, a desirable reduction in foamability occurs, especially at higher temperatures. The water solubility of the mixtures is improved by suppression of the gel phase over pure nonionic surfactants.
