Abstract

Elektrolyt fuer die elektrolytische Bildung von Nickelschichten mit Wolfram. Der Elektrolyt besteht aus einer Loesung von Nickel-Sulfosalizylat in einer Konzentration von 0,1 ... 1,05 Mol und einem Wolframat, z.B. Natriumwolframat in einer Konzentration von 0,001 ... 0,1 Mol. Zur Erhoehung der Loeslichkeit der Anoden enthaelt sie ein Halogenid, z.B. Nickelbromid in einer Konzentration von 0,01 ... 0,2 Mol. Weiter enthaelt sie ein Netzmittel, z.B. Natrium-Lauritsulfat.Electrolyte for the electrolytic formation of nickel layers with tungsten. The electrolyte consists of a solution of nickel sulfosalicylate in a concentration of 0.1 to 1.05 mol and a tungstate, e.g. Sodium tungstate in a concentration of 0.001 to 0.1 moles. In order to increase the solubility of the anodes, it contains a halide, e.g. Nickel bromide in a concentration of 0.01 ... 0.2 mol. It further contains a wetting agent, e.g. Sodium Lauritsulfat.
