Abstract
The invention relates to a method for the treatment of phosphate-containing effluents. The aim of the invention consists in a reduction of the P content in effluents by means of chemical pulping, whereby the pulping sludge should be used agriculturally and the pH value in the treated waste water should not exceed 9. In addition, the salt load should be kept low. The task was solved by a mixture consisting of Ca (OH) & ind2! and CaCl & ind2 !, is used for pulping. It can also be the waste products Buna-lime hydrate and soda lye are used. The ratio of the products to each other depends on the phosphate content and the special properties of the wastewater and must be optimized. The use of the curd agent combination causes only a small increase in pH and vergroeszert the Salzbelastung compared to the pure Ca (OH) & ind2! -Faellung only insignificantly. The sludge can be used for agriculture. The invention can be applied in the waste water treatment plants with a Faelltstufe.
