Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The field of application of the method according to the invention comprises all objects to be enamelled, at the enamelling certain visual claims are made, such. As household utensils, furniture parts, etc.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
It is known to meet these visual requirements by coloring. This is usually done either by the addition of color bodies zurjn mill offset in the production of enamel slip or by melting certain color oxides in the production of enamel frit. Überhina.us it is also common to achieve the desired color by the fact that at least two differently colored, colored to melt frits are processed side by side in the mill offset "usually it is a bright" and a dark colored component, the former forms the main component »The dark-colored component varies the overall impression and at the same time increases the production reliability of the Ernailkomb! Nation.
These known solutions have various disadvantages. Thus, for example, bright colors can be realized with Titanernaiis, whose coloring for mill offset requires adherence to narrow layer thickness limits and absolute avoidance of contact.

An application ζ. B, in the dish enamelling is therefore not possible.
The use of melt-dyed titanium enamels is limited by the fact that there are only a small number of sufficiently resistant to burning colors, that frit production involves production-organizational and technological difficulties, and that the start of production requires a sufficiently high production volume.
Der dabei anfallende Feinkornanteil der dunkelfarbigen Komponente führt zu einer Beeinträchtigung des Gesamteindrucks·If this limited range of colors is extended by mixing frits colored to melt in the mill offset, then both frit components are present in the slurry as a result of the grinding process in a very wide grain size range. The resulting fine grain content of the dark-colored component leads to an impairment of the overall impression ·
Furthermore, it is known that the visual impression of enamels can be changed by adding metallic silicon and / or silicon alloys or silicates in certain grain fractions.
Dieses Verfahren hat jedoch folgende Nachteile:However, this method has the following disadvantages:
The crushing of the metal to produce the desired grain fraction requires due to the hardness and ductility special crushing plants, which do not have the enamelling.
When baking such enamel-metal combinations, the metal either as an inert black foreign body in the surface and makes them pimples, or it oxidizes, leaving behind in the enamel surface craters and pores,
A color design is extremely limited because of the black color of the metallic speckles and wear oxidation.

Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
By applying the method according to the invention, these identified disadvantages are to be eliminated and at the same time a much better visual impression is achieved, whereby the utility properties with regard to the increased visual demands in enamelled objects, such. B. household utensils, furniture parts, etc., can be improved.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The technical problem which is solved by the invention is to achieve an optically effective speckled enamel selected with respect to the color and the grain fraction, optimally adjusted in terms of the desired result and minimized in its use amount of enamel frit while eliminating the presence of fine grain zuzurr.ischen traditional and to ensure the processing according to the known technologies of grinding, application and spraying.
The features of the invention are that the intended for the speckle enamel component is ground separately and then classified at two particle sizes. The middle grain fraction is fed to the intended use, while coarse and fine grains can be further processed by grinding or remelting. "Thus, it becomes possible f to supply the entire amount of the differently colored enamel provided for the purpose of the splitting to the intended use."

To prepare the speckles, a cobalt blue transparent frit is ground dry and classified with sieves of mesh size O f 2 and 0.4 mm. 2 kg of the average particle sizes obtained in this classification are added to an amount of 100 kg of a ready-milled titanium white slip. The mixing of these two components takes place in the mill of Weißschlickers. The finished mixture is processed in a conventional manner by application or spraying.
