Aluminium- oder Eisen-, pose in unchanged form or after separation of the liquid portion in thickened form to be used as fertilizers. Since the pH of the above secondary products has a very high proportion of fines with a high degree of peptization, only insufficient separation of the solid from the liquid phase takes place in the physical separation processes for thickening. Therefore flocculants based on linear colloids or aluminum or iron are often used.

einem weiteren Entwässerungsprozeß unterworfen, in dem er auf einen Trockensubstanzgehalt von 25 bis 28 % zu einem mit der Stallmisttechnik streufähigen organischen Dünger entwässert wird, oder in einem Trockenverfahren zu einem streufähigen, mehlartigen Düngestoff getrocknet wird.< Dieses Trocknungsverfahren verlangt infolge des hohen Wasseranteils der obigen Sekundärprodukte einen großen Energieaufwand.subjected to a further dewatering process in which it is dewatered to a dry matter content of 25 to 28 % to an organic manure spreadable by the stable manure technique, or dried in a dry process to a spreadable, flour-like fertilizer. This drying process requires the above due to the high water content Secondary products require a great deal of energy.
For wastewater treatment is known that the solid fraction of municipal and industrial wastewater by addition of soluble silica sols or alkali metal silicates and aluminum compounds such as Al salts or sodium aluminate, flocculated and eliminated in known physical separation processes (US-PS 2241 64 Τ, US-PS 2310,009, US-PS 3928 1.95, DT-OS 2o63 939). These methods have in common that the wastewater and waste sludge are treated in a multi-stage treatment first with the soluble silicates and then with the aluminum salt solutions or first with the - ^ atriumaluminat and subsequently with the alkali metal silicate and additions of alkaline earth salts or ammonium salts, whereby the solids flocculated be and can be separated. A retention of soluble inorganic compounds in the pesticide was also observed. "The immediate contact of the ITatriumaluminats: with the secondary products of large-scale and small animal husbandry, there is a determination of the phosphate content in the form of insoluble, not plant-available aluminum phosphate, so that this This is also the case when the secondary products are flocculated with Al and Fe-CCII salts, whereby insoluble iron (III) phosphate is formed in addition to the aluminum phosphate.

The flocculant composition is adjusted in such a way that a gel does not spontaneously form from the alkali silicate and the sodium aluminate, but both grain components initially react to form a low molecular weight, water-soluble aluminosilicate, which is then mixed into the secondary products in a one-stage process becomes. By Alumosilikatbildung before mixing into the secondary products, a reduction in the definition of the phosphorus l phate is expected in not plant-available form. '
