Description
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for locating wire breaks in plastisolated individual cores, which are produced in a continuous manufacturing process.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
(H. Harter: Prüfgerät zum Feststellen von Aderbrüchen im kontinuierlichen Fertigungsprozeß, ,,Der Elektropraktiker'*, Berlin, 24 (1970) S. 384.Circuit arrangements are known which enable the location of wire breaks in plastisolated individual cores, as used for multicore cables and lines, in separate operations. A known circuit arrangement is based on the fact that a mains voltage with a frequency of 50 Hz is applied to the wire of a known defective single core via sliding contacts. All other individual wires of the cable are earthed. During the rewinding process, the ac voltage on the defective single core is tapped via a capacitive probe and the wire break is located in the absence of the ac voltage (information leaflet from VEB Kabelwerk Lausitz, Niederoderwitz to МММ 1966). The disadvantage of the circuit arrangement is that the first line must be subjected to a continuity test and only then can be limited by additional reeling the wire break. This circuitry is also unsuitable for industrial safety reasons for a continuous manufacturing process. In another known circuit arrangement, a battery-powered multivibrator is mechanically attached to the cable drum at one end of the cable and electrically connected to the wires of the cable cores. The wires at the other end of the cable are shorted. By means of capacitive probes the wire break is located by picking up a differential voltage at the break point. (H. Harter: Testing device for the detection of wire breakages in the continuous production process, "The Electropractor" *, Berlin, 24 (1970) p. 384.
Die bekannte Schaltungsanordnung ist zwar für das Orten von Drahtbrüchen in Verseilverbänden bedingt einsetzbar, aufAlthough the known circuit arrangement is conditionally applicable for the location of wire breaks in stranding associations
Reason of the required end preparation and the much higher take-off speeds in the continuous production process of single wires not to use. Further disadvantages are that wire strands located in stranding units can only be cut out and the circuit arrangement is sensitive to external interference voltages.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
It is an object of the invention to develop a circuit arrangement for the location of wire breaks, in which the wire breaks are already located and registered during the insulating process of the individual wires. This makes it possible to repair the faulty individual wires before further processing.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object, by a circuit arrangement which is insensitive to external surge voltages to allow the location of wire breaks in the production of isolated individual wires in a continuous manufacturing process, without causing the ends of the wire to be electrically connected and special occupational safety precautions must be taken ,
Merkmale der ErfindungFeatures of the invention
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that in a plastisolierten single wire without wire breakage of the multivibrator capacitively connected via a pair of reversing pulley pair, the wire and Doppelabwickler is connected via ground potential and wire break on the capacitive electrode and a single core piece with an amplifier and a signaling device. The multivibrator generates an alternating voltage of ^ 15 V with a frequency of preferably 12 kHz. The deflection roller pair and the capacitive electrode are arranged immediately in front of the double winder.
In den dazugehörigen Zeichnungen zeigen:The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. In the accompanying drawings show:
Fig.1: die Prinzipdarstellung einer Extruderanlage fürFig.1: the schematic diagram of an extruder plant for
die endlose Fertigung von Einzeladern und Fig.2: das Ersatzschaltbild für die Schaltungsanordnung.the endless production of individual wires and Figure 2: the equivalent circuit diagram for the circuit arrangement.
The extruder plant has a Doppelabwickler 1. The located on the coils wire 2 is grounded via the Doppelabwickler 1. By means of the extruder 3, the plastic insulation 4 is applied to the wire 2 and then cooled in a water bath 5. The resulting isolated single core б is transported to the dancer memory 8 via a take-off device 7 and then via the guide roller 9, the guide roller pair 10 and through a shielded capacitive electrode 11 to the double winder 12. The deflection roller pair 10 is arranged isolated by the insulator 13 to earth. To the pulley pair 10 is a multivibrator 14 and the capacitive electrode 11, an amplifier 15 is connected to an acoustic signaling device 16.
Es ist selbstverständlich auch möglich,As can be seen from Fig.2, the wire 2 is at the ground potential. The Umlenkroilenpaar 10 forms against the plastisolierte single core б a capacity C ~. via the capacitance C and the multivibrator 14, an alternating current with a frequency of preferably 12 kHz and a voltage of 10 to 15 V flows via the wire 2 to the ground. Arises now in the area between the Doppelabwickler 1 and the Umlenkroilenpaar 10 a wire break x, it is immediately displayed by the signaling device 16. This is done in such a way that the voltage applied to the isolated single core Z or the capacitance C of the isolated single core 6 relative to the earthed coil located in the double winder 12 voltage causes a current flow through the capacitance C_ of the capacitive electrode 11 and the amplifier 15 to ground. The signal arriving at the output of the amplifier 15 is acoustically displayed in the signaling device 16 according to known circuits. It is of course also possible
The signaling device 16 is actuated until the wire break χ leaves the pulley pair 10. Now that the current flow in the amplifier 15 is interrupted, the signal in the signaling device 16 is deleted. It is particularly advantageous if a second signal is not displayed until a second signal is displayed until it is deleted by the operator. This ensures that even wire breaks x, which arise in the first region of Umlenkrollenpaares 10 and are displayed by the signaling device 16 only briefly, also to capture. The number of meters at which the wire break χ arises is registered in a suitable manner. Subsequently, the faulty individual wires 6 are rolled over and repaired. It should also be mentioned that the circuit arrangement according to the invention is completely insensitive to external interference voltage sources and also for the operating personnel no hazardous voltages and currents occur.
