Skleněný zabrušovací segmentGlass grinding segment
Skleněný zabrušovací segmentGlass grinding segment
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The technical solution relates to a glass grinding segment, in particular for finishing the surface of plastics and most natural materials consisting of a roughened glass plate.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Until now, surface treatment operations, especially plastics and most natural materials, have been largely based on special steel grinding segments or so-called emery cloths with different grain sizes. However, during the final machining of the surface of plastics and most natural materials with these grinding segments, their abrasive surface becomes clogged relatively soon and thus the grinding segments become so degraded that they need to be replaced with new ones. In addition, their subsequent cleaning is very difficult and sometimes practically impossible. All this results in a disproportionate prolongation of the surface treatment process and also the cost of this conventional technology is relatively high.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Uvedené nedostatky do značné míry odstraňuje skleněný zabrušovací segment, zejména pro konečnou úpravu povrchu umělých hmot a většiny přírodních materiálů, tvořený deskou ze skla se zdrsněným povrchem, podle tohoto technického řešení, jehož podstata spočívá vtom, že sestává ze skleněné základny, jejíž minimálně jedna plocha je opatřena zdrsněním v rozsahu odThese drawbacks are largely eliminated by the glass grinding segment, in particular for finishing the surface of plastics and most natural materials, consisting of a roughened-glass plate according to the present invention, which consists of a glass base having at least one surface is roughened in the range from
0,1 do 9,9 pm a od 100,1 do 500 pm, přičemž možná provedení skleněného zabrušovacího segmentu mohou mít tvar kruhu, obdélníku nebo trojúhelníku.0.1 to 9.9 µm and from 100.1 to 500 µm, wherein possible embodiments of the glass grinding segment may be in the form of a circle, a rectangle or a triangle.
Skleněný zabrušovací sěgment podle tohoto technického řešení umožňuje relativně snazší a účinnější opracovávání povrchu umělých hmot a většiny přírodních materiálů.The glass grinding segment according to the present invention allows relatively easier and more efficient machining of the plastics surface and most natural materials.
Thanks to the fact that the grinding segment is made of glass material, it can be continuously cleaned without any problems, eg with a jet of water, without the risk of corrosion, as is the case with grinding segments made of special steels.
Není samozřejmě vyloučen i jiný způsob uspořádání různorodé drsnosti brusné plochy.A possible gradual gradation of the roughness of the abrasive surface in the range from 0.1 pm to 9.9 pm and from 100.1 pm to 500 pm from the center of the glass plate towards its outer periphery seems to be very effective, since such an arrangement of the surface roughness of the abrasive segment possibility of universal use. Of course, there is no other way of arranging the different roughness of the abrasive surface.
