Abstract
A heating body, in particular a tubular heating body, is disclosed, as well as a process and device for producing in particular such a heating body. The heating body is provided with adapters (56) arranged in a row forming an upper and a lower collecting pipe and provided each with at least one opening. At least one heating tube (52) is arranged between every two adapters and is connected thereto. The adapters (56) have each at least one collecting pipe branch (66) provided with individual openings (58) at its circumference. The collecting pipe branch (66) is surrounded by a housing part (57), except for a projecting section, and the housing part (57) has openings for the heating tube(s).
