Description
Mokrý mechanický odlučovač prachuWet mechanical dust separator
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Technické řešení se týká mokrého mechanického odlučovače prachu, určeného k zachycení málo lepivých až středně lepivých prachů, zejména z ovzduší v podzemí hlubinných dolů.The technical solution relates to a wet mechanical dust separator intended for the capture of low-to-medium-sticky dust, especially from the underground air of underground mines.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Unlike other industries, dust separators and filters have been used in underground mines on a larger scale only in the last decade. The separators are almost exclusively of the types working on the principle of wet separation - current separators characterized by high separability, but also high demands on propulsion energy, separators of fan type and separators with flooded grate. Despite the different arrangement of separators, the separation of dust from passing air is identical, dust is first wetted with water, for example in a Venturi tube, fan impeller blades or flooded grate, and water droplets containing entrapped dust are then separated from the air in another separator cell. using the inertia principle, for example in a vortex cell, plate drop eliminator or centrifuge. In all known cases, different principles are used, and consequently different elements, for wetting the dust in the carrier air and for separating the wetted dust from the air mass. Such separators are large, complex and have a high pressure drop.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
The above mentioned drawbacks are remedied by a wet mechanical dust separator according to the technical solution, which consists in the fact that in the inlet part there is a liquid atomizer connected by a pipeline to the pump unit, while the central part is equipped with a sprinkled grate and a collecting tank with an outlet, the outlet part being connected to the central part. Directional traps may be placed in front of the liquid atomizer in the inlet part. The effluent can be connected to the sedimentation tank via a drain line. The collecting tank may comprise a first chamber and a second chamber. The pumping unit can be connected to the sedimentation tank via a flow line.
The proposed separator arrangement is structurally simple and achieves a high degree of separation and exhibits low pressure losses. Low weight and small volume are advantageous for use in confined spaces, especially in underground mines.
