Abstract

Device for fixing a sprung head stem of handle-bars into the bicycle fork is formed in such a way that the fixing tube (1) possesses on its surface longitudinal slots (3) and is wedge-like ended at the bottom. Into the slots (3) are fitting the pull rods (2) reaching with their tips, provided by a thread, into a cap nut (7), resting on a supporting ring (8). The expanding wedge (5) is placed on the carrier (4) which is permanently connected with the pull rods (2).

Doposud známé upevnění představce řídítek do vidlice jízdního kola vychází z podstaty US patentu č. 4130 260 spočívající v tom, že do dutého sloupku přední vidlice je vsunut dutý sloupek představce nebo řídítka, který ve spodní části má dvě podélné drážky a vnitřní kuželové sražení. Do něj je šroubem vtahován rozpínací kužel, který přitlačuje spodní část sloupku představce nebo řídítka k vnitřní válcové ploše sloupku přední vidlice. Vzniklým třením je zajištěno spojení obou částí. Podobný způsob upevnění známý z popisu vynálezu k AO 226 400 spočívá v tom, že mezi volný konec sloupku řídítka či představce, který je vytvarován do komolého kužele a volný konec sloupku přední vidlice je šroubem vtlačena matice válcového tvaru s vnitřní kuželovou plochou s alespoň jedním podélným zářezem. Nevýhodou obou upevnění je to, že nedovolují lineární pohyb představce vůči vidlici jízdního kola.
