Description
Oblast technikyField of technology
Technické řešení se týká vícevrstvé trubky z plastické hmoty. The technical solution refers to a multi-layer plastic pipe.
Dosavadní stav technikyCurrent state of the art
(Zde odpovídá jmenovitý rozměr vnějšímu průměru).Until now, the domestic waste pipe pipes made of polyolefins, such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), have the disadvantage that they have little stiffness and show marked deformation from long-term loading when loaded. For reasons of economy, the wall thickness of the tubes is dimensioned exactly according to the mechanical requirements. This results in polyolefin domestic waste pipes not achieving the nominal stiffness (SN) SN4 (4kN/m 2 ) required for practical use, for dimensions over DN/OD 50 (DN/OD = Dimension Nominal/Outside Diameter = nominal size/outer diameter). (Here the nominal dimension corresponds to the outer diameter).
Although pipes made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers (ABS) achieve this stiffness class, they have the disadvantage that constant contact with aggressive wastewater leads to stress corrosion and thus damage to the pipes.
Another disadvantage lies in the production of a molded neck from polyolefin (PP and PE) pipes. Until now, precise reshaping was only possible with high production technical demands (such as with an expanding core or blowing). In doing so, high tolerances were required to maintain long-term shrinkage values. This resulted in too large tolerances in the dimensions of the necks and different shrinkage values leading to inaccurate mating with the connecting ends of the pipes or fittings. In addition, the heating and cooling times for polyolefin (PP or PE) pipes are relatively high, so the production speed is affected depending on the wall thickness, which negatively affects the economy.
-2Technické řešení si klade za úkol kompenzovat výše uvedené nevýhody polyolefinových trubek (z PP a PE).-2 The technical solution sets itself the task of compensating the above-mentioned disadvantages of polyolefin pipes (from PP and PE).
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Tyto trubky se vyrábí koextruzí a vytvořená trubka má nosnou střední vrstvu z polyolefinu plněného minerální látkou a tenkostěnnými vnějšími vrstvami. The stated goal is achieved by a multi-layer pipe, made of plastic material, which is characterized by the fact that the middle layer consists of polyolefin filled with a mineral substance. These pipes are produced by co-extrusion and the resulting pipe has a supporting middle layer of mineral-filled polyolefin and thin-walled outer layers.
According to the technical solution, a pipe in the size range of DN 30 to DN 300 is created, for example, from polyolefin, especially from polypropylene, on which necks can be directly shaped. For the pipe according to the technical solution, the radial stiffness of the pipe does not fall below 4 kN/m 2 (tested according to ISO/DIS 9969) at the minimum wall thicknesses listed in the table. Recycled material, e.g. regenerated or recycled material, can be processed in the middle layer. The terms regenerated and recycled material mean the following in the sense of a technical solution. Regenerate is a circulating material that is produced as waste from production and is reintroduced to the production stream without further use. Recycled material is reclaimed material that has then been processed into a different or the same product.
Rozdíly označení mají původ v pozorování vlivů zatížení a uložení a druhu reakce (ohyb, boulení, vzpěr apód.) trubky při těchto zatíženích. Pod pojmem radiální se rozumí deformace v průřezu trubky, např. boulení, pod pojmem osová se rozumí deformace v ose trubky,In the file, the term tube radial stiffness corresponds to the term peak stiffness (SN). SN is the stiffness that resists the load at the top of the pipe at 5% peak strain according to ISO/DIS 9969. The top stiffness is the opposite of the axial stiffness of the pipe. The differences in designations originate from the observation of the effects of loading and storage and the type of reaction (bending, buckling, buckling, etc.) of the pipe under these loads. The term radial means deformation in the pipe cross-section, e.g. buckling, the term axial means deformation in the pipe axis,
-3např. v ohybu.-3 for example in the bend.
According to the invention, the increase in the stiffness of the pipe or the modulus of elasticity is mainly caused by the middle layer filled with mineral matter. In order to guarantee an optimal ratio between sufficient impact resistance and high stiffness, a mixture consisting of a polyolefin in the form of polypropylene or a polypropylene copolymer or a mixture thereof filled with 25 to 50 parts by weight of talc or 25 to 50 parts by weight of chalk can be used.
Plněním mimerální hmotou a rovnoměrným rozdělením plniva je dosažena tuhost v oblasti modulu pružnost E 1500 až 3000 kN/inm2 v materiálu střední vrstvy. By filling with mimeral mass and evenly distributing the filler, stiffness in the area of the modulus of elasticity E of 1500 to 3000 kN/inm 2 is achieved in the material of the middle layer. This material is the supporting material in the middle layer of the pipe according to the technical solution. A high degree of filling of the polyolefin material of the middle layer, for example polypropylene, also achieves a smaller enthalpy or a higher heat conduction, which is advantageous for faster and more uniform heating and cooling during the subsequent shaping of the neck. The uniform distribution of wall thicknesses in all layers of the pipe and the mineral substance in the material of the middle layer also guarantee a controlled rate of shrinkage on the pipe and neck.
The outer and inner layers of the pipe support the required strength against internal pressure and impact resistance at lower temperatures. According to the technical solution, the inner and outer layers can be made of polyolefin, for example polypropylene copolymer. The inner layer can be made of the same plastic material as the middle layer. Likewise, the outer layer can be made of the same plastic material as the middle layer. The layers are co-extruded without a mutual adhesion agent.
According to another feature of the technical solution, the middle layer can be made of polypropylene filled with mineral matter and contain up to 100% of circulating material from the pipes according to previous embodiments. Likewise, the plastic mass forming the middle layer can contain up to 50% by weight of recycled plastic.
The outer layer preferably has a thickness of 0.2 to 0.7 mm, and the inner layer can have the same thickness. On. the pipe can be molded in one piece with a throat formed with the pipe from one integral piece.

Technické řešení bude blíže osvětleno pomocí výkresu, na kterém znázorňuje jediný obrázek příčný řez trubicí podle technického řešení.The technical solution will be explained in more detail with the help of a drawing in which a single image shows a cross-section of a tube according to the technical solution.
Příklady provedení technického řešeníExamples of technical solutions
The pipe wall thicknesses according to the technical solution are adapted to the mechanical-chemical requirements and are dimensionally related to the total wall thickness in the following table.
TAB. 1TAB. 1
Rozměry trubky a tlouštky stěny pro 3-vrstvé trubky s vrcholovou pevností >4 kN/mm2 (radiální tuhost)Pipe dimensions and wall thicknesses for 3-layer pipes with peak strength >4 kN/mm 2 (radial stiffness)
Tyto plastické hmoty pro vnější a/nebo vnitřní vrstvu 1, 2 mohou být kupříkladu: polyethylen (PE), akrylonitril-butadien-styrenový kopolymeru (ABS), kopolymer styrenu a akrylonitrilu (SAN), polyamid (PA) .The inner layer 2 and/or the outer layer 1 can also be made of other plastics than those from which the middle layer 3 is made, which is for example polypropylene, if these layers are always connected to the middle layer 3 with an adhesion agent. These plastics for the outer and/or inner layer 1, 2 can be, for example: polyethylene (PE), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN), polyamide (PA).
For example, the invention can be implemented as follows. A pipe with preferably a shaped neck, which is applicable for domestic waste pipes, and whose radial stiffness is greater than 4 kN/m at the wall thicknesses shown in Table 1, consists of three layers 1, 2, 3. The middle layer 3. consists from polyolefin, especially polypropylene, which is filled with 25 to 50% by weight of chalk or talc. The outer layer 1 and the middle layer 2 preferably consist of the same plastic material as the middle layer 3, but without filling with mineral matter.
