Abstract
Způsob dekontaminace prostoru emitováním peroxidových par, kdy se peroxid vodíku nalije do nádoby, načež se přidá prekurzor za vzniku iniciátoru nebo katalyzátoru reakcí s peroxidem a za následného získání emise par peroxidu vodíku. Způsob probíhá bez napojení na strojní zařízení generující energii nebo média, přičemž prekurzorem je ferrocen.

Oblast techniky
Vynalez se tÿka generovani par pro potfeby dekontaminace plynnÿm médiem.
Dosavadni stav techniky
V soucasné dobe se pro potfeby plynné dekontaminace pouzivaji rùzna média pro ùcely dekontaminace: oxid chloricitÿ, peroxid vodiku, formaldehyd, oxiran, methylbromid a dalsi. Nektera média se pouzivaji pfimo v plynném stavu - methylbromid, oxiran, nektera se generuji pfimo pfed pouzitim - oxid chloricitÿ, dale se pouziva rùznÿch zpùsobù odparu - peroxid vodiku, formaldehyd.
Pro odpar se pouziva cela fada aparatu, které odpar umoznuji. Takové aparaty jsou znamy napf. ze spisù WO 2007/008205, US 2005/0074359 nebo US 2005/0084415. Spolecné temto fesenim je vsak vzdy mnozstvi aparatù a slozité ovladani, pficemz oboje vyzaduje napojeni na média jako elektricka energie, stlacenÿ vzduch apod. a provedeni emise par je jednorazové.
Ve spise WO 2007/008205 se popisuje postup dekontaminace uzavfenÿch prostor s naslednÿm snizenim mnozstvi peroxidu vodiku v atmosféfe uzavfené prostory. Pro potfeby dekontaminace je pouzito zafizeni pro odpar peroxidu vodiku, které je napojeno na zdroj elektrické energie. Po ukonceni dekontaminace je popsano nekolik zpùsobù a krokù, jak snizit mnozstvi peroxidovÿch par v osetfovaném prostoru (odvetravani, vykondenzovani apod.). Jeden popisovanÿ krok snizovani peroxidové koncentrace pouziva katalytického rozkladace. Cilem tohoto kroku a ùcelem rozkladace je zajistit co mozna nejmensi koncentraci peroxidu.
Ve spisu US 2005/0084415 se popisuje zafizeni pro rychlÿ odpar biocidnich latek, jako napf. peroxid vodiku. Toto zafizeni je opet napojeno na zdroj elektrické energie. Soucasti zafizeni je rozkladac peroxidu, kterÿ snizuje peroxidovou koncentraci pfed susicem v prùbehu procesu generace peroxidovÿch par.
Ve spisu CN 104128084 A se popisuje filtracni material pro snizovani koncentrace peroxidu vodiku v plynech. Tento filtracni material absorbuje a katalyticky rozklâdâ peroxid vodiku.
Cilem vynalezu je pfedstavit zpùsob emitovani peroxidu vodiku, kterÿ by byl jednoduchÿ, ùcinnÿ, vyuzival katalytické reakce k emisi par a nepotfeboval by napojeni na energie, a kterÿ by nahradil jiné pouzivané zpùsoby pro ùcely plynné dekontaminace.
Podstata vynalezu
Vÿse uvedené nedostatky odstranuje do znacné miry zpùsob dekontaminace prostoru emitovani peroxidovÿch par podle vynalezu, jehoz podstata spociva v tom, ze se peroxid vodiku nalije do nadoby, nacez se pfida prekurzor za vzniku iniciatoru nebo katalyzatoru reakci s peroxidem a za nasledného ziskani emise par peroxidu vodiku probiha zpùsob bez napojeni na strojni zafizeni generujici energii nebo média, pficemz prekurzorem je ferrocen.
Ve vÿhodném provedeni ma koncentrace pouzitého peroxidu koncentraci v rozsahu 10 az 90 % obj. a teplota reakce je -10 az 100 °C.

Priklad uskutecneni vynâlezu
Podstata zpûsobu emitovâni par podle tohoto vynâlezu umoznuje odparit pâry peroxidu vodiku, nebo smesi s peroxidem vodiku. Tyto pâry se nâsledne vyuziji pro ùcely dekontaminace. Tohoto odparu se dosâhne tak ze se roztok peroxidu vodiku nebo jeho smesi smisi s iniciâtorem, katalyzâtorem, nebo zdrojem katalyzâtoru. Po smiseni s iniciâtorem, katalyzâtorem, nebo jeho zdrojem dojde k iniciacni reakci, nebo ke katalytickému rozkladu, nebo dojde ke vzniku katalyzâtoru, kterÿ nastartuje rozklad peroxidu. Vlivem rozkladu peroxidu, coz je exotermni reakce, a bourlivému prûbehu rozkladu dochâzi k odparu peroxidu nebo smesi, spolu s emisi kapének peroxidu, nebo jeho smesi. Tento dej emituje pâry a kapénky odparovaného peroxidu nebo smesi, coz se jevi za normâlnich podminek jako dÿm, nebo pâra. Vznikajici smes se vygeneruje primo v oblasti urcené k dekontaminaci, nebo je na misto dekontaminace dopraven potrubnim vedenim. Tento dÿm/pâra obsahuje peroxid, nebo pripadne jeho smes, v dostatecném mnozstvi pro ùcely plynné dekontaminace. V prûbehu dekontaminace se mûze dÿm/pâra vlivem fyzikâlnich podminek ùplne odparit, poté probihâ dekontaminace mimo oblast kondenzace. Pokud nedojde k ùplnému odparu dÿmu/pâry vlivem fyzikâlnich podminek, probihâ dekontaminace v oblasti kondenzace pouzitÿch par. Vygenerované pâry je mozno smisit s dalsim plynem pro nastaveni pozadovanÿch parametrû procesu. Odpar smesi peroxidu s dalsimi lâtkami poskytne vetsi chemickou reaktivitu, coz usnadnuje snadnejsi biologickou nebo chemickou dekontaminaci.
Zpûsob emitovâni par podle tohoto vynâlezu umoznuje vygenerovat pâry pro dekontaminaci bez pripojeni ke zdrojûm energii a médii. Pro emisi danÿch par je treba pouze smisit peroxid vodiku nebo jeho smes a iniciâtor, katalyzâtor, nebo jejich prekurzor.
Predmetem ochrany je postup generovâni peroxidovÿch par nebo jejich smesi, kterÿ nahrazuje jiné pouzivané zpûsoby pro ùcely plynné dekontaminace. K emisi par dochâzi v dûsledku katalytického nebo jinak iniciovanému rozkladu peroxidu vodiku
Priklad 1
Do nâdoby se odmeri 12 ml 69% peroxidu vodiku, nâdoba se umisti do cilového prostoru objemu 500 l. Do nâdoby na hladinu peroxidu se nasype 0,5 g ferrocenu. Po pocâtecni prodleve dochâzi k reakci, kdy je zpûsobeno zahoreni a rozklad ferrocenu, tim vznikne katalyzâtor rozkladu a vyssi teplotou se nastartuje katalytickÿ rozklad. Tato reakce emituje dÿm peroxidovÿch par, které se pouziji pro dekontaminaci.
Priklad 2
Do plechové nâdoby objemu 30 l se odmeri 10 l 69% peroxidu vodiku, nâdoba se umisti do cilové oblasti objemu 500 m3. Do nâdoby se nasype 120 g ferrocenu. Po pocâtecni prodleve dojde k zahoreni a rozkladu ferrocenu, tim vznikne katalyzâtor rozkladu a vyssi teplota nastartuje katalytickÿ rozklad. Tato reakce emituje dÿm peroxidovÿch par, nebo smesi, které se pouziji pri dekontaminaci.
Prûmyslovâ vyuzitelnost
Oproti znâmÿm resenim, u predmetu této prihlâsky neni zapotrebi napojeni na média, a proto je vynâlez vyuzitelnÿ kdekoliv, i tam kde zâdné napojeni na energie neni k dispozici. Oproti resenim znâmÿm ze spisû ze stavu techniky se v tomto vynâlezu vyuzivâ katalytického rozkladu peroxidu pro emisi peroxidovÿch par s cilem co nejvetsi finâlni koncentrace peroxidu pro ùcely plynné dekontaminace.
Claims (2)
1. Zpùsob dekontaminace prostoru emitovanim peroxidovÿch par, vyznacujici se tim, ze se peroxid vodiku nalije do nadoby, nacez se prida prekurzor za vzniku iniciatoru nebo katalyzatoru 5 reakci s peroxidem a za nasledného ziskani emise par peroxidu vodiku, zpùsob probiha bez napojeni na strojni zarizeni generujici energii nebo média, pricemz prekurzorem je ferrocen.
2. Zpùsob podle narokù 1, vyznacujici se tim, ze koncentrace pouzitého peroxidu ma koncentraci v rozsahu 10 az 90 % obj. a teplota reakce je -10 az 100 °C.
