Abstract
Description
Lapák hmyzu s atraktantem z přírodního substrátuInsect trap with an attractant made of natural substrate
Oblast technikyField of technology
The invention relates to an insect trap with an attractant made of natural substrates suitable for taxonomic and faunal studies.
Two-winged insects, such as flies, are among the largest and most important groups of insects. For his studies in nature and captures, various types of traps were designed, from well-known fly traps, through containers (bowls) with water attracting flies, either by color or shape, or equipped with various baits to very complex devices.
The most common way of monitoring and at the same time the closest to the presented solution are bowls with water attracting mainly anthofil forms on the basis of the flower superstimulus. However, this greatly limits the range of captured insect species. The range of industrially produced and commercially offered attractants is wide - from pheromones to mixtures containing olfactory attractive substances (eg tertiary amines, indole, skatol, etc.). However, these preparations are expensive, often carcinogenic and often less attractive than food or opposition substrates alone.
Podstata vynálezuThe essence of the invention
These disadvantages are eliminated by an insect trap with an attractant from the natural substrate according to the invention, the essence of which consists in the fact that the attractant contains water, furthermore at least 0.01% by weight. a vacuum-evaporated filtered extract of a natural substrate obtained from a food material dissolved in a solvent based on organic solvents or ethyl alcohol, and further comprising an attractant of at least 0.1% by weight. detergent, the attractant being placed in at least two bowls of different colors, at least 1 cm deep and at least 500 ml in volume.
The trap according to the invention is characterized in that the food material for the production of the extract contains in particular rotting meat and yeast or fermenting fruit and yeast.
The trap according to the invention is further characterized in that the attractant contains at most 1% by weight. extract and a maximum of 5 wt. detergent.
The trap according to the invention is further characterized in that the bowl has a maximum volume of 1000 ml and the length of its edge is at most 250 mm or its diameter is at least 50 mm.
Tento lapák byl s úspěchem odzkoušen při pokusech ve Výzkumném ústavu živočišné výroby, v.v.i., Praha Uhříněves, CZ a na České zemědělské univerzitě v Praze, CZ.The trap according to the invention is suitable for capturing a wide species composition of two-winged insects and the attractant used ensures long-term stability of captured individuals, which is particularly suitable not only for quantitative, but especially for qualitative taxonomic and faunal studies. This trap was successfully tested during experiments at the Research Institute of Animal Production, v.v.i., Prague Uhříněves, CZ and at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, CZ.
Následující příklady provedení lapák podle vynálezu pouze dokládají, aniž by ho omezovaly. The following exemplary embodiments only illustrate the catcher according to the invention, without limiting it.

Filtrát byl nalit do baňky pro vakuové odparky a odpařen přebytečný etylThe substrate from a mixture of 250 g of raw minced meat, 500 ml of water and 10 g of yeast was left at a temperature of 18 to 23 ° C for at least 5 days. An equal volume of ethyl alcohol was then added to the substrate and filtered after mixing. The filtrate was poured into a vacuum evaporator flask and the excess ethyl was evaporated

The obtained concentrate (extract) with a volume of about 50 ml was poured into a 10 liter canister, 20 ml of detergent was added and the canister was filled with water. Multicolored dishes (for a given volume of attractant - 10 1 - or according to the design about 30 dishes) with attractant filled to about half the height of the dish (but not more than 2 cm) were placed in the examined environment in a line (circle) at distances of 5 to 10 m After 24 hours, the contents of the dish were poured through a tea strainer into a collection vessel, and the insects obtained were preserved there with 70% ethyl alcohol for further study.
