Abstract

The present invention relates to a working means multifunctional panel, particularly an information panel (1) of a moving working means, being arranged in a steering wheel (2) central space, and comprising at least an information and control element (16), which is particularly represented by an information display (15). The information display (15) is arranged as a tilting unit and comprises a body (3) rotatably mounted on a column (4). The body (3) is arrested by means of an arrester (5) in a selected position, whereby said information display (15) is embedded in the body (3).

Description

The invention relates to an information panel, in particular to an information panel of a moving work means comprising a steering wheel and an information panel located in the interior of the steering wheel.

Prior art

At present, multifunctional vehicle or work vehicle controls are known which comprise an information panel located in the interior of the steering wheel.

According to the prior art, this information panel is fixedly attached either to the steering wheel or to the steering column, thus rotating in the same way as the steering wheel or rotating around the steering wheel. Such an embodiment of the multifunction control is known, for example, from U.S. Pat. No. 5,072,628. Its disadvantage is that the surface of the information panel is still in the same position, and in the event of poor lighting the information display located there is not easy to read because it shines. In the case of placing the multifunction control on work means, such as construction machines, another disadvantage is the impossibility of rotating the information panel with regard to the needs of the operator of the work means.

A number of disadvantages are apparent from the above state of the art, the most significant disadvantage being that the known multifunction controls comprise a firmly attached information panel, the control and information means of which, in particular the information display, are not readable in all conditions.

The object of the invention is to design a multifunctional control of vehicles or work means, which will be structurally simple and inexpensive to manufacture, while the information panel will be easy to read under all 30 conditions and thus fully usable.

The essence of the invention

This disadvantage is largely eliminated and the objects of the invention are fulfilled by an information panel of a working means, in particular an information panel of a moving working means arranged in the interior of a steering wheel, which comprises at least one information and control element, which is in particular an information display according to the invention; in that it is arranged to be tiltable as a whole, comprising a body rotatably mounted on a post, which is locked in a selected position by a locking means, an information display being embedded in the body. The advantage is that the operator can adjust the position of the information display according to his needs so that he can use the information display in less favorable lighting conditions. Another advantage is that, in particular, the operator of the work equipment can rotate the display in such a way that it substantially improves the ergonomic conditions of his work. A big advantage is also that the display is recessed against its surroundings. This, on the one hand, increases its protection against damage and, on the other hand, improves its legibility, which is particularly advantageous in the difficult working conditions for which the information panel of the work means is particularly intended. The body rotatably mounted on a post and locked by a locking means provides an easy possibility to set the exact position of the entire information display in a precisely selected position, and at the same time is structurally very simple, fully functional and long-lasting.

The protection of the information display and thus the improvement of its readability is improved when at least one drain groove is arranged in the above-mentioned body for draining water from the information display space. In the production and functionally most advantageous embodiment, the locking means comprises a ratchet into which the latch fits.

It is furthermore advantageous if the latch is rotatably mounted, with one end engaging the individual ratchet locking points and the other end being mounted in a button mounted in a guide which is most preferably slidable, the button resting on a spring at the same time. The button is preferably provided with a sealing ring. The advantage is simple operation, long service life and practically no maintenance costs for such a structural storage of the information display in the information panel.

In a preferred embodiment, the latch is then rotatably mounted in the body and the ratchet is mounted on a post.

It is also advantageous if the spring is returnable, being arranged in the cavity of the body on which it rests with its other end.

To further improve the readability of the information display, it is advantageous if it is provided with an anti-reflective cover, which is an anti-reflective foil or an anti-reflective coating.

The biggest advantage of the information panel of the work means according to the invention is that it makes it possible to substantially improve the observability of the information display, which means a substantial improvement in the work comfort of the vehicle or work vehicle operator and also an increase in safety.

Example of an embodiment of the invention

An information panel 1 (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) of a moving working means arranged in the inner space of the steering wheel 2, which contains a number of information and control elements 16, which are buttons 18 and an information display 15.

The information panel 1 is arranged as a tilt, and is arranged in a body 3 which is rotatably mounted on a post 4 by means of a main pin 14.

An information display 15 is recessed by 20 mm in the housing 3.

In the body 3 (Fig. 2, Fig. 3) there is further arranged a pair of drain grooves 17 for draining water from the space of the information display 15, which is provided with an anti-reflective cover.

The body 3 is locked in the selected position by the locking means 5.

The locking means 5 comprises a ratchet 6 into which the latch 7 engages.

The latch 7 is rotatably mounted in the body 3 by means of a latching pin 13, with one end engaging the individual locking points 8 of the ratchet 6 mounted on the post 4, and the other end being mounted in a button 9 housed in a sliding guide 10 arranged in the body 3.

At the same time, the return spring 11 is arranged in the cavity of the body 3, the return spring 11 with its other end resting on the body 3.

The button 9 is provided with a sealing ring 12.

Industrial applicability

The information panel according to the invention can in particular be used as an information panel for a moving work means.

PATENT CLAIMS An information panel of a working means, in particular an information panel (1) of a moving working means arranged in the interior of a steering wheel (2), which comprises at least one information and control element (16), which is in particular an information display (15), characterized in that in that it is arranged to be tiltable as a whole, comprising a body (3) rotatably mounted on a post (4) which is locked in a selected position by a locking means (5), the information display (15) being embedded in the body (3). Work equipment information panel according to Claim 1, characterized in that at least one drain groove (17) is arranged in the body (3) for draining water from the information display space (15). Work equipment information panel according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking means (5) comprises a ratchet (6) into which the latch (7) engages. Work equipment information panel according to claim 3, characterized in that the latch (7) is rotatably mounted, with one end engaging the individual locking points (8) of the ratchet (6) and the other end being mounted in a button (9) mounted in the guide (10), the button (9) simultaneously resting on the spring (11). The work equipment information panel according to claim 4, characterized in that the latch (7) is rotatably mounted in the body (3) and the ratchet (6) is mounted on the post (4).
