Abstract

The container has a sales package formed as a folding box, which is manufactured from cardboard and/or paperboard such as corrugated cardboard. The folding box comprises a swinging-out container (12), which comprises a swinging-out front tabs (13) and lateral tabs (14) that are slid into an interior of the folding box when folding-up the swinging-out container. The tabs comprise a projection that comes into contact with a wall portion of the folding box when folding-up the swinging-out container. The swinging-out container is covered by a separable wall portion serving as a freshness seal.

Description

Technical field

The technical solution relates to a sales package of a sales package and a filling of potatoes or onions.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Potatoes and onions are sold, usually packed in net bags, as small packages between 1 kg and 5 kg. As an alternative to net bags, plastic bags or paper bags with air holes are also used.

However, the packaging used hitherto has disadvantages in terms of potato and onion protection, transport and product presentation.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide an improved sales package of a sales package and a filling of potatoes and / or onions.

The essence of the technical solution

This object is solved by a sales package made of a sales package and a filling of potatoes or onions, according to a technical solution, which is based on the fact that the sales package is a folding box.

The use of such a collapsible box has a large number of advantages over a conventional net bag:

- protection of potatoes / onions from mechanical damage,

- protection against light,

- evaporation protection,

- thermal protection in the event of temperature fluctuations, particularly during transport,

- no environmental pollution as compared to conventional net bags,

- easy stacking, transport advantages,

- large advertising and information area on the walls of the sales packaging,

- cleaning of the cartridge during processing may be omitted,

- simplified removal of potatoes or onions,

- reusability of collapsible boxes.

Advantageously, the sales package is in the form of a closed folding box, i.e. the interior of the folding box is bounded on all sides by the walls of the folding box.

The collapsible box according to the invention may, for example, be made of cardboard and / or cardboard. The folding box is particularly preferably made of corrugated cardboard. This material gives the folding box high stability and optimally protects potatoes or onions.

In one preferred embodiment, the collapsible box has a hinged hopper. At the same time, the sales package can also be used as a folding box from which potatoes or onions can be removed from the open hopper without any problem.

Preferably, the cover has a hinged front and side flaps which slide into the interior of the folding box when the cover is closed. Thus, when the cover is opened, the potatoes or onions slip into the cover area, but the front and the side flaps prevent them from falling out. Potatoes or onions can be removed from the open hopper area without any problems.

Advantageously, the hopper is arranged on the folding box so that it can only be folded into the constructions of a given angle.

Advantageously, the flaps have a projection which, when the hopper is tilted, comes into contact with the wall region of the folding box and prevents the hopper from further tilting.

In this case, the side flaps may have an upper cutting line in the form of a partial circle, at the end of which a projection is arranged. In this case, the flaps below the wall section can be used by means of the cutting edge of the partial circle shape

The U1 can be moved forward while the projection serves as a stop and secures the hopper in the maximum tilted position. However, any other shapes are conceivable instead of the section line of the partial circle shape.

Advantageously, the hopper according to the invention comprises a partial area of the wall section of the folding box. Preferably, therefore, the hopper does not form the entire wall of the collapsible box, but only a part of the wall. In particular, the hopper can form the lower partial region of the front side of the folding box. Thus, when picking potatoes or onions, further potatoes or onions slide from the upper enclosed sub-area of the folding box to the hopper area.

Furthermore, according to the invention, the hopper, in its closed position, can slightly extend below another wall section of the folding box in its upper edge section of its front side. In this way, the hopper is first locked in its closed position, and some force is required to open the hopper for the first time.

In addition, the hopper can be closed with a detachable wall area in the closed state, which serves as a seal of freshness. After the detachable wall region has been separated, the underlying hopper is then accessible and can be opened.

Further, the folding box according to the invention may have a reclosable wall area. This makes it easy to refill the folding box, which can also serve as a more durable storage container. Preferably, the reclosable wall region has a side fastening flap that is slidable into the slot to close the collapsible box. The reclosable wall region can also serve for the initial filling of the folding box.

According to a preferred embodiment, the reclosable wall region is arranged above the hopper. In particular, the reclosable wall region may be the upper partial region of the front of the folding box.

Further, according to the invention, the folding box may have a front with a perforation, the perforation dividing the front into two regions. This will allow functional division of the two face regions. Advantageously, the front side is in connection with the side wall by folding.

Preferably, the perforation extends from the joining line with the side wall to the opposite free edge of the face. In particular, the perforation may divide the front side into an upper and a lower region.

In one preferred embodiment, the first region of the face is above the fold in connection with the side wall of the folding box, while the second region is in contact with the side wall above the perforation.

In particular, the first region can serve as a reclosable folding section. Alternatively or additionally, the second region may form a separable wall region serving as a seal of freshness.

Further preferably, the perforation line between the first and second wall region of the face is provided in the partial region as a section line, the partial region preferably serving as an opening flap. The partial region of the perforation, which is designed as a cut line, can in particular serve as an opening flap for removing the separable wall region.

Advantageously, the opening flap region further serves as an engagement opening for detaching the hopper after the separable wall region has been separated. The catch allows easy tipping of the hopper.

Preferably, the folding box according to the invention has ventilation openings. These are used for optimum air and moisture exchange.

Preferably, the ventilation openings are designed as recesses of one or more wall regions of the folding box. Optionally, where the wall regions of the collapsible box are formed by two or more layers of material stacked on top of each other, the holes may extend through all layers of material. Preferably, the punched openings serve to inspect the box to inspect the cartridge.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the recesses have the shape of potatoes or onions, respectively. As a result, the recesses already indicate by their shape what content can be found in the folding boxes.

The collapsible boxes are preferably printed on one or more of their outer sides. Preferably, at least the front side is printed.

The sales package according to the invention is preferably filled with unpacked potatoes or onions.

Furthermore, according to the invention, unswashed potatoes can be used, since no impurity can enter through the sealed package.

Preferably, the sales package according to the invention has a filling weight between half a kilogram and ten kilograms, in particular having a filling weight between a kilogram and five kilograms.

In the case of embodiments in which the collapsible box contains potatoes, the following filling weights in particular may be used: 1.5 kilograms, 2.5 kilograms, 3.5 kilograms, 5 kilograms.

In the case of exemplary embodiments in which the collapsible box is filled with onions, in particular the following filling weights may be used: 1 kilogram, 2 kilograms, 3 kilograms, 5 kilograms.

Of course, other graduations are possible.

The folding box according to the invention is particularly preferably cuboid. The folding box may have four side walls with upper and lower flaps, the lower flaps forming the bottom when folded, and the upper flaps preferably forming a hopper and / or a front side.

Advantageously, the flap provided on the lower side surface forms a hopper which can be tilted. The front side is further preferably formed by a flap which is arranged on one of the two lateral side surfaces adjoining the underside. Advantageously, the front side on the opposite side can be secured with a fastening flap to close the folding box. The face side preferably covers the entire face of the folding box, and has a detachable area that covers the hopper.

The flap, which is disposed on the opposite lateral side surface, preferably avoids the hopper area and lies below the front when folded. In this case, a notch can be provided in the fold region of the flap, into which a fastening flap of the front side can be inserted.

The hopper is preferably designed so that its upper edge section is arranged slightly below the lower edge of the non-detachable wall region of the end wall, and is thus secured even on the front side even after the detachable wall region is removed.

According to the invention, the walls of the cuboid folding box can have, for example, a width and a length of between 8 cm and 80 cm.

The height of the front side is particularly preferably between 15 cm and 50 cm, the width between 10 cm and 40 cm, and the depth of the folding box between 10 cm and 30 cm.

In addition to the individual sales package, the technical solution further comprises a set of a plurality of sales packages as described above.

The sales packaging according to the invention can be stacked particularly simply by using the folding box as a sales packaging. Particularly preferably, the set comprises a pallet on which a plurality of sales packages are stitched. For the purpose of transport, the sales packages can be secured, for example, by wrapping the plastic film together and / or a pallet.

The technical solution further comprises a sales package for the sales package as described above. In particular, the sales package is a collapsible box. Preferably, the folding box is designed as described above.

Said technical solution further comprises a blank material for a sales package according to the technical solution as described above. In particular, this is a corrugated cardboard blank.

The material blank is advantageously shaped in such a way that, after gluing or clamping together several sub-regions, it can be folded so as to form a folding box according to the invention.

Advantageously, the material blank has four side wall regions which are connected to one another, which in each case are joined together by folding. Advantageously, one of the outer side wall regions has a flap by means of which it can be connected to the opposite side wall section, in particular it can be glued or clamped.

Advantageously, the lower and upper flaps are arranged on the side walls by folding. The bottom flaps are preferably foldable to the bottom, which are preferably at least partially gluable together. The upper flaps preferably form a hopper or an end face, as described above.

Examples of technical solutions

1 to 5 show an exemplary embodiment of a sales package of a sales package 1 and a filling of potatoes 2 or an onion arranged in a sales package, respectively. According to the invention, a collapsible box is used as the sales package.

The front side 3 of the folding box is arranged on one of the two side walls of the folding box by folding, thereby forming a hinged lid which closes when filled.

In the exemplary embodiment, the front side 3 is again reclosable, for which it has a fastening flap 11 which can be inserted into a slot 9 which is arranged on the respective front edge of the opposite side wall.

The front side 3 is divided by perforation 6 into upper and lower sub-regions, the lower sub-region 5 being separable and forming a seal of freshness. For this purpose, the lower sub-region 5 is also in the fold region, by means of perforation 8, in connection with the respective side wall.

The collapsible box according to the invention further has a hopper 12, which allows convenient removal of potatoes or onions from the collapsible box. The hopper has a tilting face 13 and side flaps 14 which, when the hopper 12 is tilted, form the side walls of the hopper area 12. The face 13 is in connection with the lower side wall of the collapsible box, the side flaps 14 being the connection with the two side edges of the face 13, and when closing the hopper 12, they are inserted into the folding box.

In the exemplary embodiment, the hopper 12, in the folded box closed state, is disposed below the detachable area 5 of the front side 3 and is therefore only accessible after the detachable area 5 has been removed.

In order to separate the separable region 5, the perforation line 6 has a partial region 7, formed as a section line. This serves as a flap that can be pressed in and allows removal of the separable area 5. Line 7

The side flaps 14 of the hopper have protrusions 18 which, at a predetermined opening angle of the hopper 12, come into contact with the wall section lying above them, thus preventing further opening of the hopper 12. The collapsible box according to the invention may further have recesses 10 which serve as ventilation openings. The folding box according to the invention consists of corrugated cardboard in the exemplary embodiment and is cuboid. In the exemplary embodiment, the height of the end face is greater than the width of the end face, the height and width of the end face being always greater than the height of the side walls or the depth of the folding box.

In order to use the sales package according to the invention as a storage box or as a pot tray or onion respectively, the folding box is placed on its lower side surface and the hopper opens and connects upwardly thereto. In this way, the onions or potatoes slip into the hopper and can be removed without any problems.

The folding box assembly according to the invention is now described in more detail once again on the basis of the material blank in FIG. 6:

The folding box has four side walls 26-29 which are joined together by folds on their respective narrow sides. The side wall 29 has an outer flap 16, by means of which it can be connected to the side wall 26, in particular by gluing, when assembling the material blank.

The bottom of the folding box is formed by the bottom flaps 22-25, wherein in the exemplary embodiment the flaps 24 and 25 always have folding sections 20 and 21, respectively, by means of which they are glued to adjacent flaps 22 and 23 respectively. - 24 bottom folding box.

The function according to the invention is achieved by means of the upper flaps of the side walls. In this case, a hopper 12 is provided on the side wall 29, which in use forms the bottom side wall, which consists of a front section 13, which is arranged by folding on the side wall 29 as well as side flaps 14. The upper edge 17 of the front section 13 on both sides in each case into the arcuate region 30 of the side flaps, at the end of which there is always a projection 18 which secures the hopper 12 in the maximum tilting position.
