Description
Způsob výroby plošného laminátového útvaruMethod for manufacturing a sheet laminate formation
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Vynález řeší způsob výroby plošného laminátového útvaru, jehož alespoň jedna vrstva je tvořena tkaninou, alespoň z jedné strany pokovenou.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a sheet laminate having at least one layer of fabric, at least one side metallized.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The best known way to provide a continuous metal layer with a laminate sheet is to provide a metallization coating on its surface. For this purpose, it is advisable to blast the surface, cement it and then sand it. The metallized layer is then coated with a protective coating. However, blasting will damage the integrity of the surface layers and expose air thinners. This reduces the mechanical properties of the surface layers and increases the demands on manual work associated with cementing and grinding. The use of copper-clad materials for PCBs is only possible with planar formations. The incorporation of a continuous metal foil into the inner layer of the laminate formation requires perfect adherence of the metal foil to both sides thereof, which is difficult with manual lamination. Insufficient adhesion of the metal foil separates the individual layers of the laminate sheet. Accordingly, the metal foil is also adhered to the surface of the laminate sheet by organic adhesives, whereby it is then exposed to the immediate effect of weathering, in particular sunlight. Organic adhesives exhibit degrading effects, resulting in the films peeling off. For these reasons, the surface of the laminate is also provided with a galvanically deposited layer of metals, the base layer of which is generally silver and which must be protected with an additional layer of protective lacquer. The effects of climate change and the abrasive effects of exhalations greatly reduce the durability of the thus formed layer. Also known is a laminate sheet having at least one layer of fabric that is metallized on at least one side. In order to satisfy the condition of reflecting the high-frequency waves thus formed by the laminate formation, there must be no breakage of the plating layer at the intersection of the individual fibers of the fabric when handling the metallized fabric. Their conductive connection is a necessary condition for reflection of high-frequency waves. Therefore, only planar laminate formations can be made from a pre-metallised fabric, with the difficulty of maintaining this condition.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Takto zhotovený laminátový plošný útvar dokonale stíní a odráží vysokofrekvenční vlnění.These drawbacks are overcome by a method for manufacturing a sheet laminate formation of which at least one layer is a fabric, at least one metallized, according to the invention. The fabric is first fixed in the desired shape, after which it is metallized and so treated is impregnated with a resin or possibly supplemented with a layer of reinforcement. By metallization, the fabric is fixed in its final shape. It is possible to coat it both outside the lamination form and subsequent storage, as well as directly in the lamination form. The condition is that between metallization and lamination there must be no deformation of the metallized fabric that would break the conductive connections of the individual metallised fibers of the fabric at their intersection points. It is therefore most advantageous if the metallization is carried out directly in the lamination form. This avoids deforestation of the cat-plated fabric, which is perfectly consolidated by lamination, particularly since the fabric is already partially coated by the metallization, thereby causing larger structures to become deformed and consequently break the conductive joints at the fiber crossing points. After curing of the resin, the fibers are already sufficiently connected to each other so that there is no risk of breaking the conductive connection in their crossing. The laminate sheet thus produced perfectly shields and reflects the high-frequency waves.
