Abstract

Technical field

The technical solution relates to a device for consumer friendly assembling of zip fasteners over one meter long.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The zipper closures used for mattresses, bed linen, sheets and the like have large lengths of up to 6 meters or more. From the fastener manufacturers, these excessively long fastener closures have so far been bundled into bundles of up to about 25 pieces and loosely stored in elongated boxes and thus shipped or wound onto a spool as an endless belt and thus shipped. Both of these types of dispatching excessively long zip fasteners are disadvantageous for sewing operations. The zip fasteners placed loosely in the shipping boxes are tangled together during transport and removal, so that in the sewing operation the individual zip fasteners cannot easily be pulled out of the zip fastener bundle. The individually removed zip fastener is then available to the sewing machine disorderly. Again, this leads to kinking, twisting and filth. This results in time and quality losses. Dispatching the fasteners as a spool of a wound and ready-made endless belt has the disadvantage that, in the sewing operation, the fasteners must be cut off individually from the belt. In cases where the sewing operation wishes to have the sealed end of the belt wished to prevent fraying at the cut point, the zipper closure closure simply cut by scissors is not applicable. When working directly with the bobbins at the sewing sites, these bobbins must be equipped with the required lengths of the zip fasteners. Coils are available on the market with 25 - 30 pieces of zip fasteners, smaller quantities are disproportionate to the ratio of the coil to the quantity on the coil. The size of the number of zip fasteners on the reel is not apparent. Coils are usually made of laminated material and must be removed.

The task of the technical solution is to overcome the shortcomings that are still associated with dispatching and processing of zip fasteners.

The essence of the technical solution

The problem is solved and the drawbacks of the known slide fasteners with a length of more than one meter largely eliminate the slide fastener, which according to the invention is individually wound in a roll and the layers of roll are releasably connected to each other by at least one fixing means, preferably on at least two opposite places of the scroll.

Due to this design of the coils of the zip fasteners, the coils can be stacked side by side and one above the other in the transport boxes and in the sewing operation optimally removed from the contents of the box thus arranged. The coils can be pushed in the dark at the place where the sewing is carried out so that the zipper closes in an orderly manner during its sewing.

According to a further development of the invention, the foil means is through the coil penetrated foil fibers, which preferably consist of plastic. According to yet another improvement of the invention, the fixing means around the roll are guided strips.

Finally, the technical solution can also be implemented in such a way that the roll as a whole is surrounded by a foil which is preferably transparent.

Examples of technical solutions

In FIG. 1, the slide fastener coil 1 is shown through which two plastic fixation threads 2 are pierced by the fixing gun at two opposing fixation points, thereby fixing the slide fastener coil 1.

FIG. 2 shows a slide closure coil 3, which is wrapped at two opposite fixing points with paper tapes 4, the ends of which are glued together.

FIG. 3 shows a slide 5 coil 5 which is wrapped around the plastic foil 6 and is thus fixed.

Dismantling closure having a length of more than one meter, characterized in that it is wound into a coil (1, 3, 5) and that the coil layers (1, 3, 5) are releasably connected to each other by at least one fixing means. Dismantling closure according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means are through the roll (1) penetrated fixing fibers (2), which preferably consist of plastic. Slide fastener according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means are guided strips (4) around the roll (3). The closure according to claim 1, characterized in that the coil (5) is surrounded by a foil (6) which is preferably transparent.
