Abstract

Předkládané řešení se týká transportního média pro vzorky obsahující nukleové kyseliny a/nebo proteiny, obsahující pufrovací roztok, alespoň jedno antibiotikum, alespoň jedno antimykotikum, a dále obsahující polymer, kterým je dextran nebo polyvinylpyrrolidon nebo jejich směs, použití tohoto média pro transport a skladování vzorků patogenů a/nebo vzorků tkání či tělních tekutin, způsobu detekce nukleové kyseliny ve vzorku od pacienta a způsobu detekce nukleové kyseliny patogenu ze vzorku z ústní dutiny a/nebo respiračního traktu pacienta, které zahrnují použití uvedeného média.
