Abstract

In the case of a piece of seating furniture convertible into a bed, its seat cushion (9) and back cushion (7) are connected to one another by a fitting, by means of which the seat cushion (9) can be swung up so that access to a bedding box (2) situated therebelow is possible, and by means of which furthermore movement of seat cushion and back cushion into a common lying plane is possible.
