Description
Kompozitní výztužný komponent profilůComposite reinforcing component of profiles
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The technical solution relates to reinforcing layers or beams into profiles, where these layers, beams or generally components are made of a material based on a mixture of wood dust and PVC, to create a composite material and from this material to create closed frames used in window and door systems.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, it is usual to insert reinforcing material based on metal layers or beams or similar components into PVC profiles in plastic window and door construction systems, as well as reinforcing layers or beams intended for use in plastic profiles are cut to lengths shorter than the lengths. reinforced profiles are stored in these profiles, then these profiles are then welded to each other. Since the metal reinforcing layers or beams are not welded together in said joints, the reinforcing layers or beams are cut into lengths smaller than the lengths of the outer plastic profiles, and the layers or beams are only inserted into said plastic profiles. For this reason, the strength of the welded corners corresponds to the strength of the plastic welded profiles. Due to the fact that the reinforcing layers or beams to be inserted are metal-based, it is necessary to form an additional coating on the reinforcing layers or beams after they have been made to protect the layers or beams from corrosion. . Furthermore, since the reinforcing layers and beams are not welded to the PVC-based material, these reinforcing layers or profiles are transported from the production or the production line. from the production stage, to the places where the windows or doors are then installed and also stored, which are operations performed by the manufacturing personnel or dealers. In addition, the reinforcing layers or beams are shaped, respectively. adjusted to the final dimension, and cut before assembly into profiles, which, although not counting storage, extends the manufacturing times of such windows and doors. Thus, when welding profiles only at the corners, only a limited stiffness is achieved, which in particular in the case of movable window and door leaves results in defects due to deformation of the frame. The described negative moments thus lead to prolonged and more expensive production. Metal box profiles, used in particular as closed box profiles and positioned so that they are in contact with the wall of a building, are usually not mounted in uncoated buildings applied after their manufacture. The reason is that metal closed box profiles, assembled without surface treatment, respectively. without a surface protective layer of anticorrosive coating, they are subject to corrosion after some time, rusting and thus their destruction begins. In such a case, the service life of the windows is limited by the service life of the metal closed box profile and is thus shortened.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
The technical solution aims to solve all the above-mentioned negative consequences of the existing structures. For this purpose, it is proposed to use a material which has the ability to be welded at the level of PVC welding in a wide range of applications. The reinforcing layers or beams made as a mixture of wood dust and PVC-based material, forming a composite material, and then composite profile reinforcement components, generally adapted for the construction of windows and doors, as described above, are a solution that eliminates all negative aspects of existing constructions.
Navíc ještěThe reinforcing components used, in particular, in the manufacture of windows or doors using composite materials, can be embedded longitudinally in PVC-based profiles in this manufacture. The composite material used herein has the property of allowing products of such materials to be machined during the entire processing process together with the PVC material, both in the cutting and welding phases. For these reasons, the processing time can be considerably shorter than that of the previous processing processes, as the newly used composite material exhibits properties which enable cutting and welding together with PVC-based profiles. Plus yet
- 1 dochází k úsporám času a práce v průběhu skladování, dopravy a přípravy výroby z takových profilů s uloženými výztužnými komponenty zde popsanými, neboť tyto kompozitní výztužné komponenty profilů mohou být uloženy od počátku a i v průběhu výrobního a též montážního procesu oken a dveří v PVC-profilech.- 1 saves time and labor during the storage, transport and production preparation of such profiles with the stiffening components described herein, since these composite stiffening components of the profiles can be stored from the beginning and during the manufacturing and assembly process of windows and doors in PVC- profiles.
Navíc je zde totiž pevnost v rozích oken a dveří zvýšena vzájemným svařením i výztužných kompozitních komponentů profilů, uložených v příslušných okenních či dveřních platových profilech. Also, as a consequence of the properties which enable the composite reinforcement components as a whole to be laid in PVC profiles along the entire profiles and to allow such placement during production, and also with the possibility of joint welding with PVC profiles, the strength at the welded corners is not limited only by strength welded plastic profile itself. In addition, the strength at the corners of windows and doors is increased by welding together the reinforcing composite components of the profiles housed in the respective window or door sections.
Due to the formation of composite reinforcing components of wood-dust and PVC-based profiles, there are no corrosion problems. With a view to solving the corrosion problems by choosing the material for these composite reinforcing profile components alone, the secondary protective coating for this material, respectively. for these components, it is no longer necessary and the composition of the production steps as well as the production costs are reduced.
The strength at the corners of windows and doors, especially in the case of joining sliding leaf profiles, is increased by the already mentioned welding of both the profiles and the composite reinforcing profile components, thereby also avoiding the problems caused by the existing windows and doors due to deformation of the correct shape of window or door frames.
Thus, the service life of the windows is no longer limited by the service life of the blind box beams, even here due to the use of composite reinforcement components, since there is no corrosion after installation into the walls of the building.

Příklad provedení technického řešeníExample of technical solution
3. Nebo při jiném umístění, v případě vnitřního výztužného komponentu I, umístěného v dutině 7, vytvořené v profilu 6, brání výstupky 3 plošnému kontaktu mezí stěnami 8 dutiny 7 profilu 6 a vnějším povrchem tohoto vnitřního výztužnéhoA front view of the reinforcing layer, in an exemplary embodiment, is shown in Fig. 1, wherein the reinforcing layer is embodied as an external reinforcing component Γ used as a blind box beam. In this view, the cross-section of this external reinforcing component V used as a blind box beam is also visible. Furthermore, the cavity 2 of the reinforcing component, which is formed here in the outer reinforcing component V used as a blind box beam, is also visible. The cavity 2 here has a rectangular profile in cross-section. The cavity 2 can also assist in the function of sound and thermal insulation in all areas where it is formed. On the outer surface of the outer reinforcing component f used as a blind box beam there are provided projections 3, tapering in the form of a triangular shape towards their front. These protrusions 3 exhibit different functions depending on where they are used and positioned, i.e. whether these protrusions 3 are, as described in accordance with Fig. 1 as well as Fig. 3, on the outer reinforcement component IL used as a blanking box. 2. As an example, the protrusions 3 on the outer reinforcement component f used as a blind box support help to better connect the outer reinforcement component f used as a blind box. The beam, with the inner plaster 4 and the outer plaster 5 as shown in FIG. 3. Or in another location, in the case of the internal reinforcement component I placed in the cavity 7 formed in the profile 6, the projections 3 prevent surface contact between the walls 8 of the cavity. 7 of the profile 6 and the outer surface of the inner reinforcement
-2CZ 17571 Ul komponentu 1, jak je patrné na obr. 2. Mezi stěnou 8 dutiny 7 profilu 6 a vnějším povrchem vnitřního výztužného komponentu i jsou zde, a to pro všechny čtyři stěny 8, vytvořeny mezery 9.FIG. 2 shows the component 1 as shown in FIG. 2. FIG. 2, which is a perspective view showing the placement of the inner reinforcement component 1 in the profile 6, illustrates the use of the inner reinforcement component 1 as a reinforcement layer. As can also be seen from this figure, 2, the inner reinforcement component 11 continues along the entire length of the profile 6 in which the inner reinforcement component 1 is received. Gaps 9 are provided between the wall 8 of the cavity 7 of the profile 6 and the outer surface of the inner reinforcement component 1 for all four walls 8.
Je třeba konstatovat, že technické řešení neomezuje pouze na příkladné provedení, zde popsané, aleje patrné, že lze vytvářet i další konstrukční varianty, využívající tvary a geometrii a především základní myšlenku vytvoření kompozitních komponentů i a Γ, vytvořených jako směs na ío bázi dřevěného prachu a PVC.It should be noted that the technical solution is not limited to the exemplary embodiment described herein, but it is apparent that other design variants using shapes and geometry can be made, and in particular the basic idea of creating composite components ia Γ formed as a wood dust based mixture and PVC.
