Description
Zemní biofíltrGround biofilter
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Technické řešení se týká oblasti vodohospodářství a to čištění odpadních vod.The technical solution concerns the field of water management, namely waste water treatment.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Známým zařízením na čištění a úpravu odpadních vod je např. zařízení pro elektrolytickou úpravu vody podle PUV 2004-15805.There are a large number of wastewater treatment plants and these operate on different principles. Usually, however, these are more complex technical devices equipped with a drive unit that requires power to run. A known wastewater treatment and treatment plant is, for example, an electrolytic water treatment plant according to PUV 2004-15805.
Z rozlévacího potrubí voda gravitačně prochází přes filtrační vrstvy štěrku a písku a v dolní části filtru absorbuje do odtokového potrubí. Principle of the technical solution The natural biofilter according to the technical solution is a device that is used as a second stage of sewage treatment from family houses and buildings. It is a mechanical type device, where from the first stage of purification - biological septic tank, water flows into the spill piping, which is located in the upper part of the natural biofilter. From the spill, water gravitationally passes through the gravel and sand filter layers and absorbs into the drain line at the bottom of the filter. Water flows from the drain to the manhole or can flow directly to the watercourse, eventually to a soaking well or as determined by the environmental authority at the site.
This equipment is located in the trench. At the bottom of the excavation there is a compacted gravel and on it are placed protective geotextiles, with a separating layer between them. Above the upper protective geotextile is a layer of gravel in which the drain pipe is provided with infiltration openings, which has a slight slope in the direction of the water outlet and above it is a layer of filter sand. Above the filter sand layer, a spill pipe provided with spill openings is again placed in the gravel layer.
Both pipes are equipped with ventilation chimneys. Above the gravel layer in which the spillage pipe is located are two protective geotextiles with a separating layer between them. Soil, which can be planted with grass, is rolled over the upper protective geotextile.

Odtokové potrubíThe ground biofilter is located in a trench of 3500 mm x 1000 mm x 850 mm. At the bottom of the power 30, which must be leveled, there is a compacted layer of gravel 2 with a thickness of 100 mm. A protective geotexile 3 is placed on this layer and a separating layer 4 in the form of a foil is placed on it and again a further protective geotextile 5 is placed on the protective geotextile 5. This gravel layer accommodates a drain pipe 7 with a diameter of 50 mm, which is provided with outflow openings 8 which are arranged horizontally. Drain pipe
Na tuto geotextilií 18 je nahrnuta zemina 19, která je zhutněna.7 is mounted so that it has a 1 mm slope in the outlet direction per meter. This drain pipe 7 has two branches and is further provided with ventilation chimneys 9. Above the gravel layer 6 is a separating geotextile 10 and above it is a slightly compacted filter sand layer 150 mm thick with a sand grain size of up to 2 mm. A layer of gravel 12 having a thickness of 100 mm and a grain size of 4 to 8 mm is placed on this sand layer. In this layer of gravel 12 there is placed a spill 13 with a diameter of 50 mm with inlet holes 14 and vent chimneys 15. The layer of gravel 12 is again protected with protective geotextile 16, on which the separating layer 17 in the form of foil is laid and again protective geotextile 18. On this geotextile 18 is deposited soil 19, which is compacted.
