Description
Vynález se týká způsobu výroby tepelně izolačních stavebních tvárnic, popř. i maltovin, na bázi rozmělněného sběrového papíru, zejména obalů» novin, knih apod.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a process for the production of thermally insulating building blocks. and mortar, based on comminuted waste paper, especially packaging »newspapers, books, etc.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Thermally insulating comminuted recovered paper with flame retardants and boric acid materials are known to be applied to the hollow structures by sputtering, i.e., by wall application.
materiály přísadou boraxu prostor suchém na bázi netěkavých apod. Tyto stavebních stavu, nebomaterials by the addition of borax space dry on a non-volatile basis, etc. These building conditions, or
The disadvantage is that for an application that cannot be done manually, expensive, energy-intensive equipment is required, furthermore that the insulating material is blown into the space between the delimiting walls, that in case of application on the wall further post-treatment - straightening is required. The filling of hollow spaces of larger dimensions is very lengthy, the insulating material does not have its own strength and in the case of demolition there is no possibility of its recycling.
There is also a known system for comminuting waste paper by means of two rotating counter-rotating knife rollers, followed by movement and compression of the resulting crumbs while adding water to form a paper slurry, which is then recycled to the paper production. Therefore, this system does not solve thermal insulation problems in the construction industry.
It is also known to process secondary fibers of recovered paper by modifying them with an alkali metal salt with the addition of a quinone type catalyst to replace asbestos in the asbestos-cement composites. The method is energy intensive, since it is conditioned by heating the substrate to a temperature of 100 ° C to 180 ° C, requiring a correspondingly expensive apparatus. This method is unsuitable for the production of thermally insulating blocks.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
These drawbacks are largely eliminated by the method of production of thermally insulating building blocks, respectively. The composition of the invention is based on the fact that the waste paper is pulverized dry by cutting, milling, etc. into fibers with a length of 0.1 to 3 mm. AlaO® in an amount of 1.5 to 10 wt. as coupling agent and flame retardant; % aluminum hydroxide Al (OH) in an amount of 0.5 to 57 wt. and potassium sulfate K = SO4 in an amount of from 0.5 to 57% by weight, followed by homogenization of the mixture, its wetting with water in an amount of 15 to 24% by weight. with simultaneous or subsequent mixing and then the resulting compound is either pressed to form blocks, which are dried at a temperature of 70 to 80 e C for 2-6 hours, or the resulting material, as a heat insulating mortar is suitable for incorporation into the cavities of structures or to be applied to their surface portions.
Příklady provedení podle vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Uvedené komponenty mají vlastni dávkovače ústící do slučovače, dopravena zmíněné rozmělněná směs. Následuje homogenizace, načež směs je dopravována, např. do nádrže, kde je zvlhčována vodou v množství promíchána a přiváděna do forem, v nichž je požadovaného tvaru.A mixture of newsprint and cardboard paper with a smaller proportion of books is conveyed to a suitable pulverizer, where it is cut by a system of rotary saws - pulverized into fibers with a length of 0.1 to 3 mm; the smaller proportion of dust particles that is released is not a malfunction of the process. Al 2 O-based cement is then added to the mixture in an amount of 7% by weight, aluminum hydroxide (Al) OH in an amount of 2.6% by weight. and the potassium sulphate K 2 SOa in an amount of 1.8% by weight. Said components have their own dispensers leading to the combiner, conveying said comminuted mixture. This is followed by homogenization, whereupon the mixture is conveyed, for example to a tank, where it is moistened with water in an amount mixed and fed into molds in which it is of the desired shape.

Následuje přeprava do prostředí o teplotě 78 °C, kde po dobu 4 hodin probíhá sušení.Transport to the environment at 78 ° C followed by drying for 4 hours.
The dried blocks are transported to the warehouse from where they are shipped to customers. The water flowing off during the pressing process can advantageously be recycled.
Příklad 2:Example 2:
Postup probíhá obdobně jako u příkladu i. s tím rozdílem, že k zavlhčování se použije voda v množství 24The procedure proceeds analogously to Example i, except that water in the amount of 24 is used for humidification
Izolační maltovinu lze i nanášet na horní plochy stropních panelů apod.7. wt. and the mixed material is subsequently used as a thermal insulating mortar which is introduced into the respective cavities of the building structure, for example between two closely adjacent walls, into the cavities of blocks, panels or the like. Drying then takes place naturally or. application of suitable infrared heaters. Insulating mortar can also be applied to the upper surfaces of ceiling panels, etc.
The described process enables the productive production of thermal insulating blocks, especially for the building industry, especially of partition walls, peripheral ceilings, which, at a considerably smaller thickness, have several times higher thermal insulating properties than so-called conventional materials. Another advantage is that they can also be joined by gluing, which speeds up construction and reduces costs.
The basic method according to the invention can be easily modified by application or by means of a process. new desirable preservatives without compromising its nature.
