Description
Kombinovaná izolační podlahaCombined insulating floor
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The technical solution relates to multi-layer floor structures, of which at least one layer is load-bearing and is made of a wood-based material.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, various constructions are known with the use of wood material for the bearing part of the floor. Combinations of so-called floating floors are generally known, usually consisting of slats based on sawdust boards, pressed under high pressure and provided with a decorative surface with a thermoset-based abrasion-resistant coating, where these slats are laid over a thin foam interlayer on a solid substrate. relatively high requirements in the flatness of its surface, thermal and noise insulation is usually solved outside this floor system. There are also known floor structures made of particle board or chipboard, where the most common is to level the uneven base under the floor covering itself. Structures combining a supporting, relatively rigid chipboard or chipboard with a thermal and noise-insulating base, although rarely occur, but are generally not a thermally, dimensionally and rigidly balanced system, which would also achieve even longer-lasting tests, respectively. good and balanced results, especially results verified by one of the accredited testing laboratories. In addition to the strength aspect, the known structures usually have the problem of balancing both the elasticity and stiffness of the floor as a whole, and the resistance to local and / or local stress. point load. Existing conventional floor constructions usually do not allow a sufficiently wide choice in the range of wear layers. For example, some of them cannot be combined with solid parquet because of different linear expansion of the materials, while others cannot be covered with a tread layer of ceramic tiles for lack of rigidity.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Said drawbacks are substantially solved and the optimized construction of the thermally and acoustically insulated floor is achieved by the combined insulating floor according to the present invention, which consists of a particle board or chipboard made of segments with all-round tongue and groove and supported on the substrate. and wherein the thickness of the particle board or chipboard is 12 to 25 mm, while the thickness of the insulation is 20 to 105 mm. Preferably, the plate is formed by plate-shaped segments of oriented flat chips - OSB. It is preferred that the thickness of the insulating material is in the range of from 100 to 500% of the thickness of the board. It is further preferred that the thickness of the board is in the range of 20 to 23 mm, and at the same time the thickness of the insulating material is 23 to 27 mm. Alternatively, it is also preferred that the thickness of the board is from 20 to 23 mm and at the same time the thickness of the insulating material ranges from 38 to 52 mm. At the same time, it is advantageous if the board is ground at least on one side. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the assembly consists of an assembly of rigid mineral fiber panels or alternatively of rigid fibreboard panels. It may still be advantageous if the floor is provided with a transparent lacquer on the surface of the board. Finally, it may also be advantageous if a wear layer is deposited on the surface of the plate.
In this way, a floor construction is obtained which has good strength, thermal and acoustic insulation properties and also has a visual appearance, and at the same time such a floor is made by a reliable and simple technology and the price is favorable in relation to the utility properties. In addition, a wide range of other surfaces such as ceramic tiles, solid parquet, floating floors, carpets, linoleum, etc. can be laid as a wear layer on the present floor construction.
