Description
Betonové štěrbinové odvodňovací trubkyConcrete slotted drainage pipes
Oblast technikvTechnical field
Celý systém odvodnění (kterýžto systém není předmětem ochrany) je pak možno sestavit až na vzdálenost 98 m.Products according to this solution - slotted drainage pipes are used where it is necessary to drain concrete hardened surfaces with a small to zero gradient. The entire drainage system (which is not subject to protection) can then be built up to a distance of 98 m.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, slotted concrete pipes with an internal gradient are used, i.e. the pipe has a different conically tapered gap diameter at the inlet and outlet. The pipes are then connected to the drainage system where there is no gradient. Pipes without conical tapering, which are also still in use, have a drain internal diameter at the center of the tube and without a gradient. Therefore, they can be used for drainage only where a terrain gradient of at least 0.5% is ensured. The use of the types of drainage pipes produced so far makes it possible to install drainage connections up to a distance of 42 m only when draining concrete surfaces and sewerage systems.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Takto provedené trubky se průměrem shodují na vstupu a výstupu vždy se stávajícími kónusově se zužujícími trubkami, jejíž průřez je znázorněn na obrázku 1.The technical solution according to this design is based on the production of non-sloping drain slits with the same slot diameter at the inlet and outlet. However, the drain slots (apertures, however, the word does not fully represent the cross-sectional slit along the entire tube), are located in the tube centrally to off-center, ie eccentrically extending to one side. There are five types of drain slots. Each type has a different diameter, ie: 28 cm, 26 cm, 24 cm, 22 cm and 20 cm. The pipes made in this way correspond in diameter to the existing conically tapered pipes, the cross section of which is shown in FIG.
Přehled obrázku na výkresechSummary of the drawings
Figure 1 shows the existing concrete pipes where the inlet diameter is always 2 cm larger than at the outlet. Tube I has a diameter of 30 cm at the inlet and 28 cm at the outlet. The tubes 2, 3, 4, 5 always have a diameter at the inlet to follow the outlet of the previous tube. Figure 2 shows the tubes of the described technical solution with a slot in the center of the tube 6 and a progressively deflected slot in the center of the tubes 7, 8, 9, 10, without conical taper.
The first variant of the tube 6 has a drain slot in the center and has the same diameter, i.e. 28 cm at the inlet and at the outlet. Other tube variants 7, 8, 9, 10 have diameters 2 cm narrower each, and gradually deviate from the center to the edge of the peripheral shell of the drain tube, as shown in Figure 2.
Trubky podle tohoto technického řešení se vkládají mezi štěrbinové trubky s kónusově zúženou štěrbinou tak, aby průměr kónusového výstupu navazoval naThe described technical solution will be used for drainage of concrete hard surfaces at low to zero runoff.
