Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια διάταξη και μια μέθοδο για την αεριοποίηση ξύλου, με μία συσκευή παραγωγής αερίου (1), η οποία τροφοδοτείται με το προς αεριοποίηση υλικό και οξυγόνο, κατά κανόνα σε μορφή αέρα, όπου η αεριοποίηση διεξάγεται σε έναν αντιδραστήρα σταθερής κλίνης. Το προϊόν αερίου απάγεται μέσω ενός αγωγού προϊόντος αερίου (6) και διοχετεύεται σε ένα φίλτρο θερμού αερίου (2), όπου μέσω ενός φίλτρου, κατά προτίμηση εφοδιασμένου με διηθητικές φύσιγγες (7), διαχωρίζονται ακόμα μη αεριοποιημένα σωματίδια, τέφρα και ξένα σώματα, ενώ το καθαρό αέριο διέρχεται μέσω αυτού και απομακρύνεται μέσω ενός αγωγού καθαρού αερίου (8). Για την αφαίρεση των υπόλοιπων στερεών ουσιών προβλέπεται στην περιοχή του πυθμένα του φίλτρου θερμού αερίου (2) ένας απαγωγός (10). Για αύξηση της απόδοσης προβλέπεται σύμφωνα με την εφεύρεση, ότι στην περιοχή στο μέσο του ύψους του φίλτρου θερμού αερίου (2), μεταξύ της βάσης του φίλτρου (13) και του απαγωγού (10) διοχετεύεται μέσω ενός αγωγού (12) οξυγόνο, κατά προτίμηση σε μορφή αέρα.The invention relates to a device and method for gasification of wood, with a gas generating device (1), which is supplied with the material and oxygen to be gasified, typically in the form of air, where the gasification is carried out in a fixed bed reactor. The gas product is exhausted through a gas product duct (6) and passed to a hot gas filter (2), where through a filter, preferably equipped with filter cartridges (7), still non-gasified particles, ash and foreign bodies are separated, while the pure gas passes through it and is removed through a pure gas pipeline (8). A fume hood (10) is provided in the bottom area of the hot gas filter (2) to remove any remaining solids. To increase efficiency it is provided according to the invention that in the area in the middle of the height of the hot gas filter (2), between the filter base (13) and the exhaust (10) oxygen is passed through a conductor (12), preferably in the form of air.
