Abstract
Μια μέθοδος αποκωδικοποίησης ενός βίντεο, με τη μέθοδο να περιλαμβάνει τη λήψη, από ένα bistream, μιας σήμανσης παράβλεψης για μια μονάδα κωδικοποίησης που δηλώνει κατά πόσο μια κατάσταση κωδικοποίησης για τη μονάδα κωδικοποίησης είναι μια κατάσταση παράβλεψης. Όταν η σήμανση παράβλεψης υποδηλώνει ότι η κατάσταση κωδικοποίησης για τη μονάδα κωδικοποίησης είναι η κατάσταση παράβλεψης, λήψη, από το bitstream, ενός δείκτη συγχώνευσης που δηλώνει ένα μπλοκ μεταξύ μιας υποψήφιας ομάδας μπλοκ.
