Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια φαρμακευτική σύνθεση κιτρικής σιλδεναφίλης με τη μορφή ενός εναιωρήματος για χορήγηση εκ του στόματος που περιλαμβάνει ύδωρ ως μια ουσία-όχημα και κόμμι ξανθάνης και υπρομελλόζη ως παράγοντες εναιώρησης, που είναι κατ' εξοχήν σταθερό και επιτρέπει την αποτελεσματική απόκρυψη της πικρής γεύσης του ενεργού συστατικού μείγματος. Αναφέρεται επίσης σε μια διαδικασία για την παρασκευή του εν λόγω εναιωρήματος και σε έναν περιέκτη που περιέχει αυτή και που παρέχεται με μια τεχνολογική συσκευή δοσολόγησης για τη χορήγηση αυτής. Αυτή η σύνθεση κιτρικής σιλδεναφίλης στη μορφή ενός εναιωρήματος είναι κατάλληλη για χορήγηση εκ του στόματος για την αγωγή της σεξουαλικής δυσλειτουργίας των αρρένων.
