Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια μέθοδο αποστείρωσης και/ή παστερίωσης ενός προϊόντος τροφίμου (8), το οποίο διατηρείται εντός ενός υποδοχέα (12), όπου ο εν λόγω υποδοχέας είναι του τύπου, ο οποίος σε συνδυασμό με το προϊόν τροφίμου σχηματίζει μία συσκευασία πώλησης, η οποία είναι δυνατόν να πωλείται και το προϊόν τροφίμου να λαμβάνεται από αυτήν για κατανάλωση. Υποδοχείς (12) κινούνται κατά τη διάρκεια της ελεγχόμενης εφαρμογής θερμότητας και πίεσης κατά τη διάρκεια της μεθόδου, ώστε να επιτρέπουν σε έναν όγκο αερίου ή φυσαλίδα εντός του υποδοχέα να κινείται μέσω του προϊόντος τροφίμου κατά τη διάρκεια της μεθόδου.
