Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά μέθοδο και διάταξη έγκυρης ηλεκτρονικής υπογραφής (ΕΗΥ) με τη βοήθεια μιας τερματικής τηλεπικοινωνιακής συσκευής. Σύμφωνα με την παρούσα εφεύρεση χαρακτηριστικές πληροφορίες για το χρήστη με σκοπό την εκτέλεση ΕΗΥ βρίσκονται αποθηκευμένες σε ένα μόντουλ υπογραφής και μπορούν να τυγχάνουν ανάγνωσης με τη βοήθεια ενός τερματικού ανάγνωσης χρησιμοποιώντας ένα προσωπικό χαρακτηριστικό αναγνώρισης του χρήστη, ενώ στη συνέχεια οι πληροφορίες, που έχουν τύχει ανάγνωσης, αποστέλλονται από το τερματικό ανάγνωσης σε μια συσκευή επεξεργασίας δεδομένων, στην οποία λαμβάνει χώρα εκτέλεση ΕΗΥ βασιζόμενη στις εν λόγω πληροφορίες. Η εφεύρεση χαρακτηρίζεται από το γεγονός, ότι η κινητή τερματική συσκευή τηλεπικοινωνίας χρησιμοποιείται ως τερματικό ανάγνωσης και ότι το μόντουλ υπογραφής είναι ένα μόντουλ ανεξάρτητο από την κινητή τερματική συσκευή και δεν χρειάζεται για τη λειτουργία της τερματικής συσκευής. Η εφεύρεση προσφέρει το πλεονέκτημα, ότι τα δεδομένα για την εκτέλεση ΕΗΥ μπορούν να τυγχάνουν ανάγνωσης με τη βοήθεια οποιασδήποτε κινητής τερματικής συσκευής τηλεπικοινωνίας και μπορούν να τυγχάνουν προώθησης σε ανάλογες εφαρμογές.
