Abstract
<p>La presente invención se refiere a un método de procesamiento de datos de video que comprende obtener un flujo de datos que comprende una pluralidad de flujos elementales y una sincronización y un descriptor de decodificador de referencia hipotético HRD, identificar sobre la base de un conjunto de parámetros, un elemento de sintaxis en una matriz de elementos de sintaxis en un conjunto de parámetros de video VPS e identificar, sobre la base de un índice especificado por el elemento de sintaxis identificado, una estructura de sintaxis particular de los parámetros HRD.<br /> Se refiere también a un método de procesamiento de datos de video que comprende generar un conjunto de parámetros de video VPS que incluye una matriz de elementos de sintaxis y varias estructuras de sintaxis de parámetros de Decodificador de Referencia Hipotético HRD, generar un descriptor de la sincronización y el HRD que comprende un elemento de sintaxis de índice de programación deseado que indica un índice de una programación de entrega; y generar un flujo de datos que comprende una pluralidad de flujos elementales y el descriptor de la sincronización y el HRD.</p>
