Abstract

Cuenta con unos soportes o patas (1) que albergan en su interior a equipos frigoríficos (6), cuadros de mando de resistencias y de iluminación, y otros elementos de mando y control (7); permitiendo así la ocultación e insonorización de todos estos elementos internos. Los soportes (1) disponen de frenos y ruedas (3), existiendo sobre dichos soportes (1) una mesa (9) que incluye cubetas, bandejas, placas y similares asociados a resistencias eléctricas o a los equipos frigoríficos (6). La mesa (9) incluye además unas columnas (22) que soportan unos estantes-pantalla (25) con elementos de iluminación. El mueble permite dar comidas al público en cualquier tipo de recinto y manteniendo los alimentos fríos o calientes a las temperaturas que se desee. El mueble permite además unas condiciones óptimas de higiene, presentación e iluminación de los alimentos.
