EL METODO CONSISTE EN LA SIEMBRA ESTERIL DE LOS MERISTEMOS APICALES Y AXILARES DE LAS PLANTAS DE COL, OBTENIDOS A PARTIR DE LAS SEMILLAS BOTANICAS EN MEDIO SINTETICO ADECUADO QUE PERMITE EL CRECIMIENTO DE LAS PLANTAS, CON MULTIPLES YEMAS LATERALES. LAS YEMAS INDICADAS SON CAPACES DE REGENERAR PLANTAS ADULTAS CON FORMACION DE LOS REPOLLOS. EL OBJETIVO TECNICO DE ESTE TRABAJO ES DESARROLLAR TALES CONDICIONES DE MICROPROPAGACION ACELERADA IN VITRO DE LA COL, MEDIANTE EL CULTIVO DE MERISTEMOS APICALES Y AXILARES, QUE PERMITEN EN UN CORTO PERIODO DE TIEMPO PRODUCIR GRANDES CANTIDADES DE PLANTAS, EN UNA AREA PEQUEÑA Y EN CUALQUIERA TEMPORADA DEL AÑO.
