Abstract

This invention relates to the branch of human nutrition; Useful in the treatment of different pathologies, particularly in patients whose treatment requires hypercaloric feeding, orally or enterally. The objective is to achieve a formulation of an intact, hypercaloric and hyperprotein enteral food, complemented qualitatively and quantitatively based on extruded soy flour, dehydrated egg, sodium cascinate and sucrose, in a way that guarantees the essential amino acid requirements of the organism, with a mellarity value between 270-290 m esm / L. The essence consists of a combination that has between 15-20% protein, 8-15% fat, 60-70% carbohydrates and humidity between 3-4%, by adding 38-45% bean flour. extruded soy, 3-10% dehydrated whole chicken egg, 0.5-4% sodium caseinate and 42-60% sucrose. This combination is capable of dissolving in water and is also used in patients of different pathologies, in the diet of elderly people.
