Abstract

<!--StartFragment-->Se proporciona un dispositivo, proceso y sistema para descortezar biomasa. El proceso incluye; aprestar y cortar la biomasa utilizando un elemento de corte giratorio para generar los respectivos productos que comprenden corteza, agramiza y fibras. Por lo general, los productos generados por el proceso de decorticación se alimentan a un proceso o dispositivo corriente abajo y se procesan más en sus componentes. La descortezadora puede ser parte de un sistema que comprende: una descortezadora operable según un programa; un aparato para el control de procesos; múltiples sensores para transmitir información del descortezador e información de materia prima al aparato; una unidad de memoria para almacenar un programa; un almacén electrónico que comprende bases de datos para almacenar el perfil y la información, un procesador para el ajuste en tiempo real del programa en respuesta a la información del descortezador e información de materia prima de las bases de datos; donde un algoritmo digital de eficiencia calcula los ajustes a la decorticación y optimiza el control del proceso. <!--EndFragment--></p>
