Abstract
<p>Aparato electrónico para controlar la temperatura en sistemas de refrigeración. Es alimentado con 24VAC. Posee un microcontrolador PIC24EP512GU810, 4 entradas analógicas en modo corriente con un rango de 0 a 20 mA para sensores Pt100, un reloj de tiempo real (RTCC) protegido por batería, 12 entradas discretas aisladas con un rango de 0 a 36 VAC. Cuenta con 7 salidas digitales a relé con una capacidad de 3AMP/250VAC atendidas por el protocolo de comunicación 12C. Un puerto RS232 para la conexión a una PC de forma local. Posee cinco teclas para interactuar con el usuario y una pantalla tipo Vacuum Fluorescent Display de 2x20 de alto brillo. Fue programado en lenguaje de programación ANSI C para controlar el sistema de refrigeración de contenedores refrigerados. Se le incluyeron 4 modos de operación fundamentales: congelación, mantenimiento, descongelación y prueba. Consta de una chapa metálica o careta delantera que protege las placas de circuito impreso.</p><p>Electronic device to control the temperature in refrigeration systems. It is powered with 24VAC. It has 7 digital relay outputs with a capacity of 3AMP/250VAC served by the 12C communication protocol. An RS232 port for connection to a PC locally. It has five keys to interact with the user and a high brightness 2x20 Vacuum Fluorescent Display type screen. It was programmed in ANSI C programming language to control reefer container refrigeration system. 4 fundamental modes of operation were included: freezing, maintenance, defrosting and test. It consists of a metal sheet or front shield that protects the printed circuit boards.</p>
