Abstract

Un método, en el campo de servicios de comunicación, para enlazar varios componentes electrónicos y de información ( incluyendo elementos de redes de comunicación, servidores, bases de datos y software) para realizar un servicio para, de forma dinámica y selectiva, imponer cargas de llamadas suplementarias en nombre de abonados a la red; bien sea para expertos competentes autónomos, otras categorías de proveedor de contenidos, o cualesquiera personas individuales u organizaciones que reciban comunicaciones. Dichas tarifas suplementarias se gravan sobre aquellos números de teléfono llamantes dedicados, de forma dinámica y selectiva para esta finalidad, que proporcionan a las partes llamadas una forma de cobrar cuotas por la información que proporcionan a las partes llamantes. El método habilita a la parte operativa (un proveedor de servicios de valor añadido) en asociación con el operador móvil para cobrar estos ingresos en nombre de, y para compartir estos ingresos con, el abonado llamado.
