Abstract

Un método para encaminar (routing) una llamada hecha aun numero telefonico fijo de un abonado al UMA en una red de telecomunicaciones. Una entidad para el control del servicio almacena una denominada ôlista de cercanosö (near list) que comprende un identificador de celdas de cada celda que se superponga al área de cobertura de WLAN de un AP de WLAN AP asociado con el abonado al UMA. La entidad para el control del servicio también recibe informacion sobre la ubicacion del abonado al UMA procedente de un nodo de conmutacion (2) o procedente de un servidor de ubicacion (16). Si el identificador de celdas de la celda sirviente se halla en la lista de cercanos, la entidad para el control del servicio insta al que llama, a que seleccione de entre una lista de opciones. Si el identificador de celdas de la celda sirviente no se halla en la lista de cercanos, se instará al que llama, pero con un mensaje diferente, y con diferentes opciones entre las cuales seleccionar. Por ejemplo, al que llama se le ofrece la oportunidad de esperar que la parte llamada llegue a su casa, y de que se le devuelva la llamada.
