Abstract

1. Aqueous dispersion of a coating composition for medicaments, comprising dispersed latex particles A) of a carboxyl group-containing polymer which is water-soluble at between pH 5 and 8, and B) a water-insoluble film-forming polymer of high extensibility, characterized in that the weight ratio of the total quantity of latex particles A and B is above 60 : 40 and below 95 : 5.
