Abstract

Účelom riešenia je příprava novej idiotypovo homogénnej protilátky rozpoznávajúcej chrenovú peroxidázu. Uvedeného účelu sa dosiahne použitím nového myšieho hybridomu HRP 16-1 produkujúceho monoklonálnu protilátku podtriedy IgG2a voči ehrenovej peroxidáze. Myší hybridóm HRP 16-1 má použitie v imunodiagnostike.The purpose of the solution is the preparation of a new idiotypic homogenous antibody recognizing horseradish peroxidase. The stated purpose is achieved by using the new murine hybridoma HRP 16-1 producing a monoclonal antibody of the IgG2a subclass against horseradish peroxidase. Mouse hybridoma HRP 16-1 has applications in immunodiagnostics.

Vynález sa týká nového aySieho hybridómu HRP 16—1 produkujúceho monoklonálnu protilátku iauaoglobulíaovej podtriedy 02a voči chrenovej peroxidáze.The present invention relates to a novel human hybridoma HRP 16-1 producing a monoclonal antibody iauaoglobulin subclass 02a against horseradish peroxidase.

Do objevenia hybridómovej technológie přípravy aonoklonálnych protilátok sa protilátky (antiséra) proti chrenovej peroxidáze připravovali imunizáciou pokusných zvierat, najčastejšie oviec a králikov. Sérum takto imunizovaných zvierat odobrané po viacerých dávkách antigénu slúžíle ako zdroj Specifických protilátok. Tieto sa používali pri tvorbě komplexov peroxidáza - anti-peroxidáza, ktoré umožňujú vysoko citlivé a Specifické imunochemické stanovenia. Keňže takto připravené anti-peroxidázové protilátky boli neštandartné a titer Specifických protilátok bol hízky, začali sa používat ako zdroj protilátok hybridómy produkujúce monoklonálne protilátky proti chrenovej peroxidáze.
