Abstract

The solution concerns a cutting die with fixed clipping punch for precise cutting of dents with a channel made of belts of non-corroding steel with defined shape of declination of the cutting surface in the area of the channel achieved by creation of cutting clearance of 0.08 to 0.015 mm by change of the dimension of the clipping punch, originally identical with the dimension and shape of the clipping punch, in the length of 3 to 6 mm from the functional face. The non-corroding steel in belts of thickness of 0.2 to 0.9 mm contains from 0.06 to 0.14 percent by weight of carbon, from 0.30 to 1.2 percent by weight of manganese, from 0.4 to 1 percent by weight of silicon, from 15 to 19 percent by weight of chromium, from 0.3 to 0.6 percent by weight of nickel, from 0.02 to 0.04 percent by weight of phosphorus and from 0.01 to 0.035 percent by weight of sulphur and is hardened by cold-rolling to the ultimate tensile strength of 780 to 850 MPa and it has ductility A50 higher than 4.5 percent.
