Cleaning And De-Greasing Of Metallic Materials By Chemical Methods
(AREA)
Abstract
The solution is suitable mainly for degreasing splinters and grinding swarf or dusts from high-alloyed steel for the purpose of their further processing. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that the close-grained and fine-grained material is scattered in base medium and then it is subjected in scattered state together with the base medium to continuous action of at least two ultrasound fields, arranged behind each other. Optimally, water basin of a temperature of 50 to 80 degrees C is used as the base medium.
