Abstract

The smoke-producing mixture designed for formation of camouflaging aerosols efficient in infrared band of the electromagnetic spectrum consists of 10 to 50 percent by weight of anthracene, 10 to 50 percent by weight of polyvinyl chloride, 10 to 25 percent by weight of powder magnesium, and 5 to 25 percent by weight of oxidizing agent, like ammonium perchlorate, potassium perchlorate, or potassium nitrate.
